I recently attended a retreat. Lizzie was such a brilliant facilitator / guide for us all. During the retreat it felt a very safe space to learn and be honest. Lizzie has such a broad range of skills to help you. At the end of the retreat I came home with a sense of inner calm and positivity. I have continued to meditate and journal. I am thankful for this experience and will look at other events and workshops Lizzie delivers, she's excellent!

I’ve enjoyed so many events with this space now, the spirit connection evenings are very very interesting and opened my eyes to so much more than the 3D. I’ve always believed in more than just the here and now, these evenings have literally confirmed by beliefs.
The evening is ran in a very open and safe way, and for a first timer I can honestly say there is absolutely nothing to be fearful of. I felt protected, safe as well as excited and intrigued. Well worth a visit.
