We’re so incredibly grateful to all the staff at The Kings Arms for their exceptional service. We had accidentally booked the right dates… just for the wrong year! Thankfully, the wonderful team couldn’t have been more accommodating and quickly sorted everything out for us.

Our stay was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. We dined in the restaurant that evening, and the food was nothing short of stunning – as was the breakfast the next morning.

We stayed in two deluxe rooms and one upstairs room – all beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and stylishly modern. The beds were so comfortable, and the views were lovely. Despite the hotel being on the main road, our rooms at the back overlooked peaceful fields, giving us a feeling of being completely tucked away.

Thank you so much to everyone at The Kings Arms – you made our stay so special, and we can’t wait to return.

My partner and I came for a short break here. So very pretty with rooms overlooking fields and green grass, Absolutely amazing, helpful pleasant and polite staff who can’t do enough. Rooms and venue just brilliant. Very comfortable and friendly. Very good menu and food. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Perfect for a family stay. The breakfast was excellent. Great produce cooked very well. I would say this place is a perfectly balanced hotel restaurant pub. It's gentle well refurbished and safe. It's not a local community pub vibe yet you get glimpses of that. It's just a nice slice of Essex where you can have a comfortable stay,meal or place to catch up over a pint. Quite rare nowadays.

Thank you to all the staff at the Kings Arms Broad Green. We had a family wedding recently ,and guests stayed in 5 of the pubs guest rooms, all are lovely, and well appointed, but the family room especially was loved ,as it is basically an apartment, so greatly enjoyed . The staff then served a lovely breakfast for 24 of the guests the following morning, we pre ordered but everything was served swiftly, so we could enjoy eating together, and extra staff had been arranged for that morning ,so we were grateful for the care and attention we received, making the special occasion even more memorable . A huge thank you, and we will definitely recommend and return again .

First visit in 2 years, a warm welcome followed by great rooms, all furnished to high standard, comfortable mattress and pillows, with a powerful shower in a very clean bathroom.
There are great menu options for your evening meal, I can recommend the steak and chunky chips, ice cold Moretti in a proper Moretti glass, all served with a smile.
Breakfast options were varied from full English to pancakes and maple syrup. Whatever you choose, the portions are plentiful and will set you up for your morning.
The venue is situated on a busy road but with plenty of rooms facing open fields to the rear, you'll never notice, highly recommend.

We had a lovely lunch on Saturday and really enjoyed the food which included duck terrain and the burger.
The staff were friendly and helpful so definitely worth a visit!

Great pub breakfast and cozy atmosphere. Large log fire and outside playground for the young ones. Decent menu and service is brilliant.

We called in for a bite to eat, along with our White Boxer Dog, after a day a the coast.|The Welcome for us all was lovely, the locals that came in were very friendly, the food was excellent and very reasonably priced.|To top it off everything (Especially the loo's) was clean and fresh.|We shall definitely return when next passing.
