Shocking customer service! Order promised with date and time confirmed, but not delivered. Contacted via email and received reply stating that courier was busy and delivery might be made by end of week (another 5 days). Decided to cancel order and requested refund plus the postage as it had not been delivered….No reply! Emailed several times again…..no reply. Started a case via PayPal and informed them that I had done so…no reply! So, initial order was made on 19th October, no delivery and no replies to my emails following their last email on 25th October advising delivery would might be end of week. If you want to deal with a company that doesn’t reply to you when things go wrong and do not refund willingly and speedily, then choose this one.

NOTE ADDED FOLLOWING Kitchenbox response.... Thank you, James, for your reply. I may be wrong but it would appear that you cannot even get a refund right. I have just received your confirmation for a refund via Paypal for the sum £7.42. This is of course only the postage!. Would you kindly arrange the refund for the goods. For reference the total refund should be £44.52. I have also confirmed this with you via separate email.

This has been a wonderful company to deal with.
Nothing is a problem for them, not even as the delivery was about to go and I ordered something else.
I had paid next day delivery however it was here by 9.15.
Both friendly and helpful, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Did a order all went through fine then a few days later i get a email saying i won't be getting my order as they made a mistake ,they gave me links to re-order the items at a much bigger price ! they mentioned a refund but didn't actually refund me ,lucky i paid with paypal , during the resolution process with paypal they said they would go ahead and honour my order ... but didn't , ended up getting me refund thanks to paypal ,not them , i wouldn't use again

For the avoidance of doubt it is the kitchen firm in Farnham which advertises kitchen units. Not the firm which advertises food.
