The owner was creepy towards me and my friend, the room is extremely small with a 10 inch TV that plays static noises with the toilet close to the bed within the bathroom is rainbow holographic wallpaper, from the over exaggerated price for the room to the shabby decor I would never go back. Much better and cheaper places to stay that don't have creaky floors.

Food was horror with some expired food I couldn’t eat. Creaky floors and such simple decor. The room had a bit of a weird smell in the carpet. Overpriced for the quality it provided!

Just needed somewhere close to the centre of town for one night, as I was attending a concert. I left it quite late to book, but this place seemed to fit the bill, and honestly for the price I couldn't have asked for more.

It's situated close to the Hoe but also within a leisurely 10-minute walk of the centre. There's plenty of on-street parking nearby: it's not free but I paid about £11 for an overnight ticket (via RingGo).

OK so the premises aren't exactly modern, but the room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a small but functional en-suite with shower, and towels and soap were provided. There were facilities in the room for making hot drinks.

There was free wi-fi, and the power sockets included USB sockets -- which was handy as I'd forgotten to bring a charger (I nipped to the nearby Tesco to buy a cheap cable).

Breakfast was included (to my surprise, given the price!) but I had to leave early so I can't comment either way on the quality.

In my brief interactions, the staff came across as very friendly and helpful.

Ideal for my purposes, and I honestly couldn't identify a single thing to complain about. I'd happily stay there again.

Perfect and a wonderful experience like all those years ago. I came into Plymouth needing a bed and breakfast. Just like last time I stayed here the welcome from Nigel was warm friendly and professional. Very good value for money and the breakfast was delicious.. Poach eggs and tomatoes on toast. Perfectly situated near the Hoe.

Just spent bank holiday weekend here and arrived at 11am,called to ask if it was OK to check in early and was greeted by Nigel to say yes definitely come when your ready, the place was well situated for my visit close to the hoe and barbican, rooms were exceptionally clean and beds were comfortable, breakfast was very nice and served with an option of egg choices however I chose the poached and was cooked to perfection, bacon and sausage was quality, I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying again on my next visit, thank you 😊

Stayed here to visit family in Plymouth, lovely, clean and very welcoming by all team I met. Nothing was too much bother and lush full English breakfast with lots of other choices. Also ideally situated for both the Hoe and City centre being just a short walk away whilst also being a lovely quiet area. Thank you to Nigel and his team 😊

Pleasant family run b&b. Very clean room and a comfy bed. En-suite had a decent size shower stall. Semi self serve breakfast with cooked breakfast available. Nigel and staff very welcoming and helpful. Very handy location.

Basic b and b but clean and tidy, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast and Nigel and team absolutely wonderful. Great location. Would recommend. Only down side, no hairdryer or shower gel and towels had stains on them.
