The spa experience was brilliant! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly taken care of - everyone was attentive and kind, and the facilities tour was a lovely touch. Patricia was fantastic - gentle and skilled - making our facial treatment incredibly relaxing and beneficial, leaving us feeling refreshed. We also appreciated the atmosphere; it wasn't crowded at all, allowing us to fully unwind. And the scents - just great!

I went to sip tea during The afternoon fruit tea is very good. The taste is just right, As for the dessert, each piece has a flavor. Touch your tongue and feel it. Eh! But after chewing for 3 seconds, it was very delicious. Overall, perfect!!

Booked this surprise for my mothers birthday, quality service right from the get go.
First time user friendly, the staff are welcoming and always willing to give a tour, such a beautiful peaceful establishment.

Delightful experience from the start to the end. The Tata Harper Awakening & Energising Body Ritual treatment I had with Daniela was truly amazing. The treatment starts with a full body scrub, a body mask, and a mini facial and ends with a 60 min massage. Daniela was so gentle yet so efficient for the first part of the treatment (so much to get done in 60 mins!). The massage afterwards was THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD. The pressure she applied was firm and perfect throughout and she oh so skillfully found all the sore and tight spots that really needed work. Other staff I assisted me were helpful and kind. The facilities are great - I easily spent another hour outside of treatment in the hydronic pool, sauna, steam room and the lounge.
