Bring own shampoo location and rooms are great the owner very responsive but text him via phone not via any hotel app. If in doubt good instructions at front door.

Lovely neat and organised room, very comfortable bed and a good service.
Great walk in shower and bathroom facilities.

No bed side lamps for some reason as the only critique I can give but apart from that it was top notch.

We also forgot some personal items and they mailed it to us free of charge.

Lovely clean well equipped rooms, really comfortable beds and fancy bathroom.

Went there last week....Free parking....if you can find it in permit areas....
Good Luck ....
No Breakfast .... So obviously changed owners..... Room is Clean enough.....
But won't rush back.....

Had a wonderful 5 days here. The rooms are beautiful and clean and the breakfast first class. Had a super King size bed with walk in shower. The hosts a great and nothing is too much trouble. Will return in the future for sure.

A lovely warm welcome very enjoyable experience.
Absolutely spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
The breakfasts was absolutely first rate and we really enjoyed our stay.

Our 2nd stay at the Lansbury and it's as good as we remembered. Alison and Garath are really warm and welcoming and their guest house is spotlessly clean and tidy. The king size bed was lovely and comfy and the sleep quality is superb as there are no banging doors. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom and the quality of ingredients and service at breakfast is 5*. We will be visiting again, thanks for looking after us once again Michelle & Matt
