My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night and were blown away at how nice, clean and comfortable our room was, and the place in general. It wasn’t what we expected for only £47! ||A warm welcome from the previous owner and being shown around personally was a nice touch. ||The bed was super comfortable, I think it’s probably the best nights sleep I’d had in ages, the room was bigger than we expected with a lovely en suite bathroom. ||Very pleasantly surprised.

We needed somewhere, just for one night, as we were visiting my Dad in Scunthorpe hospital. We received a very warm welcome and were immediately impressed with the quality of the property. On our way to the room we passed through the communal dining facility which was clean and had a fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. ||Our room had obviously been recently renovated and felt luxurious for the £50 we had paid. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. ||If we visit Scunthorpe again I would definitely stay here.

Stayed here for two nights while visiting family. The room was lovely, super clean. Yvette and David could not have been any more friendly, inviting or accommodating. To the point of sweetly putting my pjs under my pillow after making my bed, to running to the train station before our train departed with an earring I'd left in the room. What fabulous service. Without a shadow of a doubt I would stay there again. Thanks so much for making our trip so pleasant!

I have stayed at The Larchwood on many occasions over the years whilst visiting pals who were in the Army with me ( the Barracks, were just 10 mile out at Kirton-in- Lindsey ). The location of the Hotel is 10/10. There is a Public car park out front, immediately on the doorstep. Note: 4 hrs Max stay. But!! Free from 6 pm Fri all day Sat/Sun until 8am Mon. (You can also get a Free 2 hrs from 8am). Since my last stay, new owners have modernised it to a high standard. The room I stayed in was a Double En-suite. The bed was very comfortable, all very clean and fresh. The shower/toilet area is spacious (I ain't small). I recommend the Larchwood to all. You will not be disappointed. Jon.

I am a frequent traveler and was visiting Scunthorpe for the first time. I can honestly say that my room in the Larchwood Hotel compares favourably with the rooms in any of the high-end hotels. My room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows. The room had ample electric sockets. The bathroom was more than sizeable with a powerful shower. And the owner David, was simply an angel. His humor and his smiles were most welcoming. He went beyond the call of duty to direct me to my meeting venue for the next day. Nothing was too much. Whenever next I am in Scunthorpe, it has to be The Larchwood Hotel for me. Thank you David.

A warm welcome with clean rooms, and a quiet night’s sleep in a very comfortable bed. The en-suite was fine with a warm shower, and the next morning the hearty home-cooked breakfast was excellent. The hotel is a short stroll from the station, and with several eateries nearby. I’d definitely use again for a business stay, and I highly recommend it as an affordable hotel.

I booked a double and a twin room. I stayed here the night before my wedding with my 2 year old daughter and two friends. ||The rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff were friendly and really looked after us.||Breakfast in the morning was fantastic.||Would stay here again.
