The room I got was really good. It was warm and spacious. It was equipped with all the implements to cook which was something cool. The only thing I consider that has been an issue is that the shower was a little calcified and it was not working so well.

The personnel was really nice. We have only basic interaction with them, but they were always kind.

The location is good, you will be at 15/20 minutes away from the center of Cambridge all the time.

They have a Spa but you need to book in advance, so I didn't have the chance to experience it. The breakfast in my case was not included (I got the room at promotion) but it cost 13 extra pounds.

I think three stars is adequate. The rooms are quiet and tidy but, as usual for older hotels around London, rather compact. They offer breakfast. There is space for ca. three cars in front but I doubt you can park there for long. The location close to the city centre is ideal for visits to the historic parts of Cambridge.

A decent enough hotel/nice B&B, rooms were nice and clean and quiet. It's about a 10 minute walk into the main part of the town.
Nothing particularly special but good for a couple of nights, I suspect you'll find a lot of fancier places in the town centre for not much more money.
Would really recommend popping into Hanks bar which is just next door, fantastic live music and comedy nights.

My only complaint was that this was the least fancy place we stayed, and the most expensive. However, it was quiet and walkable . The staff were polite. If you have mobility issues, the narrow halls and stairs (it's an old building) might challenge you

Excellent location. Traffic noise, at night is a lot, especially with a broken window. Bathroom had soft floor, sticky floor, dirty sink. Asked for dreamers and was told none until following day; never got them.

Excellent location for walking.

The rudest staff ever, the receptionist man yelled at me because of the misunderstanding from the booking agent and throw the reservation paper on the desk and said โ€˜go complain about me!โ€™. I kept saying Iโ€™m so tired just give me the room keys he still kept talking and yelling. I stayed there on 26 September. They gave me room 154, which was very small, cold and noisy room. The breakfast doesnโ€™t worth ยฃ12. Only good thing about the hotel is the location (12 min to St Catherineโ€™s College).

I had hurt myself badly in france and had to change all my plans, I was devastated. I had paid in full for 2 nights. I reached out to this hotel to let them know and hoped they could consider a partial refund due to the circumstances. Please note, this is not a bad review because I didn't get any money back, this is a bad review for the fact that I was left on read. I can understand if they didn't want to consider anything to help me, that's their prerogative.... but they left me on read. They literally couldn't care less about me. Which I guess is fine, but I would have hoped for some customer service. I was already devastated after inhuring myself so badly. I wonder how they would have been if I did stay there and asked them a question, would that have been ignored too? Shame I many ways ๐Ÿ™
