Friendly staff and pleasant hotel with comfortable bed. However the room was very musty when I arrived and I had to open the windows to air it which in December wasn't great. Had supper in the evening which was average - chose plant based burger ( had hoped there would be some salad but all very brown ). Breakfast on the other hand was much better.

We needed a place to stay near where family live for a weekend visit, I find night driving difficult now and it’s a long drive to destination. We found The Link Hotel just off from our junction turn off on M1. We weren’t looking for expensive facilities just reasonable bed and breakfast. Happy with room, bed comfy and a great size. Yes things slightly tired here and there but clean and staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast was plentiful. This hotel will definitely stay on our list of places near to family.

Attended for a work conference for one day so didn't stay over. Great location, plenty of parking, comfortable conference room and seating. Lunch was very tasty with plenty of choice. Cakes and biscuits provided for breaks were lovely too. Would recommend.

I have stayed in ths hotel a number of times, on this occasion it was my birthday. I had an excellent time, the bedroom was clean and comfortable the service from the staff absolutely super with particular thanks to Mehzabin and Phoebe. A birthday I shall remember for a long time .

Pleasant staff and check-in, unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to staff shortages. The bar wasn't showing football, walking distance alternatives are limited to Harvester next door. The corridors of the hotel are tired and in need of refurbishment, the rooms are OK, bathrooms are in need of refurbishment, bed was comfortable.

Hotel is good place for few nights of stay. They can improve on food menu. Service is great from the staff. Rooms are clean. Air conditioners should be checked. They are working but seems spreading some thin dust.

Really convenient hotel for what we needed - a base for the night ahead of visiting Loughborough University. |We were greeted with a friendly reception, even at 11pm at night, and were able to leave our car in the hotel car park and walk to the university.|A full English breakfast set us up nicely for the day. |My request for 2 rooms next to each other was confirmed instantly.
