A real gem of a place, so glad we booked. Lovely comfy bed, great location, a nice 20 min walk into town. Very clean and great croissants and locally baked bread. Will 100% be back. Love Stamford!

I stayed there while visiting the beautiful town of Stamford, in January 2022. The Little annexe was over my expectations. About 20 minutes walk from town centre, in a nice, quiet and safe area, near Stamford college. Just park your car and visit the town by foot. Owner was very nice. When you got up in the morning, you enjoy the view of a precious garden in front of the room. I definitely go back to stay there.

Rachel was a fantastic host. Very helpful and informative of the area. Bed was super comfy and location was quiet and good. Room was spacious and spotless. Just round the corner from chip shop, supermarket and mcdonalds. Fab stay and I will defo book again x

Rachel is lovely and so very welcoming. The Annex is delightful with all you could need for a very comfortable stay in Stamford. We were visiting a friend and were so lucky to have found this Gem of a place right in the Heart of a residential area of Stamford where we could walk easily into Town and to our friend nearby.
Rachel provided a lovely continental breakfast on a tray which we were lucky enough with the weather to be able to eat outside on the small Patio watching the Birds feed in Rachels Haven for Wildlife garden.
We will come again for sure and for longer as 2 nights just were not enough! Dont go hunting for hotels & B&B's in Stamford as most are usually always booked up and quite expensive. Come to The little Annex a guest and leave a friend as we feel we did.......

What a little gem in Stamford.
Room was sooo clean excellent quality continental breakfast, lovely ensuite bathroom & nothing was to much trouble.

Stayed here overnight while we attended a wedding nearby. It's like staying at your favourite relative's, the one who has a really lovely guest room stocked with fancy tea, coffee, and jams, fluffy towels and lovely bed linen. Lovely place!

A lovely little room in an excellent location which met our requirements beautifully for a two night stay. Spotlessly clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the continental breakfast too.
