I frequented this pub every time my football team (Stockport County) played Brackley Town and I always enjoyed the visit.
One of the best boozers that I’ve been to in nearly 45 years following County.
We (eventually) got promoted back into The League but I still have fond memories of this place!
….ask the gaffer to show you what’s in his shed!

Just had the most amazing breakfast at this little Jem of a cafe The owner Alan told me he had taken over the cafe about 4 weeks ago, great breakfast, greatly priced and lovely people.

Nice from the outside but very uncomfortable seats indoors

My apologies to Locomotive Inn, my previous review was an error. I wrote it for the Sheldonian in Oxford and do not understand how it ended up in this site. Sorry. PBW
