We arrived in town, and stumbled upon the lord Nelson inn for a drink. It was so charming and cosy inside, that we ended up getting dinner too! Carina behind the bar was so sweet and lovely and Pedro, made us feel so incredibly welcome. Thank you!

My Family when for sunday lunch last Sunday3rd Dec .We were greeted warmly by Pete and taken to our table. We choose from the menu 2 x Turkey 1x Beef. The Food arrived in no time and was one of the best pub roast we've had and which i highly recommend. Also the Mulled wine was amazing.|We have booked again for next Sunday and look forward to seeing Pete and his wife.||Pete could of not of been more helpful and welcoming.We will definitely be return soon.|

Fantastic service, great food and a lovely environment. Stopped in with a family of 4 after a very muddy walk. The team were very welcoming, there was a warm log burner to take the chill off and the food was really lovely. We will be going again.

This is a great pub, the landlord and landlady are really nice people. Sadly they are leaving which is a total shame. Great atmosphere and a great range of drinks and the food is lovely. A very good pint!

Great pub in Marshfield. Good prices, excellent and carefully poured Guinness. Full range if drinks plus food (haven't tried it). Very nice outdoor garden area with some cover if needed. Will be back

Really great little pub. We didnt book but they manage to fit us in for a table of 2.

The food was really good and well priced. We had a Burger and Pork Belly.
Both meals really good with plenty of extras.

Staff really friendly.

They have a well ON the bar, very cool
