Our great experience started as soon as we arrived at the Mandolay. We were greeted by Scarlet and Joyce, both of whom were friendly and warm. Scarlet showed us to our room, which to our surprise was upgraded to an executive one for free. The room itself was spacious and very well equipped. There was definitely attention to detail here. The amount of complimentary goodies is surprisingly generous. It's a short walk from the hotel to the High Street.

It is clear that the Mandolay wants to make it's guests happy. It does a great job!

Wonderful hotel. We enjoyed a beautifully decorated, quiet and very clean room during a whole week. The mattress was very comfortable and bed linen was high quality. Every detail made our stay amazing. Yudis and Joyce were really helpful and nice at the reception, their assistance was superb. The hotel has an excellent location, just a few minutes walking to main street in Guildford. All staff were lovely which is a great asset to the hotel. We will come back for sure.

This is me and my family’s second time staying at this hotel, it is wonderful! Joyce the receptionist, and the Spanish bar tender made us feel at home. Rooms and service were great. The rooms were very clean and have good space, location is also great as it is a quick walk to the town center. Totally recommend staying here.

Had a lovely stay here the staff are very welcoming and friendly. We had an excellent breakfast each morning with great service by Callum. The room was lovely, clean and quiet. Jay the barman was really helpful helping us decide on a non alcoholic mocktail. Looking forward to returning.

Lovely hotel. Super nice staff as well! The rooms are decorated so nice. The beds are very comfortable and I love the free amenities! I personally like that they have a full restaurant on Orem for those late night conference calls! Will be using this as my home base when I travel frequently to Guilford!

My son and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where we were welcomed with warm hospitality. Yudis was exceptionally helpful throughout our visit, always ready to assist with a smile. We found the hotel’s atmosphere to be not only friendly but also relaxing, making it the perfect getaway for us. Overall, we left with great memories and a desire to return!

Very spacious room. All staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a very good breakfast with plenty of choice both hot and cold. Receptionist (Joyce) was welcoming with a lovely smiling face. Would definitely stay there again when in Guildford.

We had a very warm welcome. We were given information on services and WiFi. Breakfast was lovely I opted for a continental, where there was plenty of choice. The staff in the breakfast room were also very pleasant and helpful. I have stayed in many hotels, but this one stands out due to the quality and friendliness of the staff. The rooms are beautiful, clean and nicely decorated. I will be coming back here again.
