Great location close to Gatwick Airport. On site parking available at excellent rates. Very satisfying Full English or Continental Breakfast available. If leaving for early flight they can provide one of the best go bags I have had in a long time.|Friendly and courteous staff. Bar facility on site|Stayed here a few times. Excellent value for money.

Lovely and helpful staff. Beautiful motel, hearty breakfast. Better suited to guests with cars as it’s not close to town. It is however, about a 15 minute cab drive to the airport. We wanted a quiet place to rest up before having another long travel day. This definitely fit the bill!
Thanks to the staff for booking an early morning cab for us and packing a “to go” breakfast. ❤️

The room was spotless and bed and linens were excellent for a wonderful night's sleep. Location is not recommended if you are on foot. Otherwise, taxi service is £20 for the 10 minute ride to/from Gatwick airport. I booked on Expedia wherein it indicated the hotel had a restaurant for which I could dine at. As a solo traveller on foot, I was specifically looking for just that for the evening stay. I sent an email to the property the day prior asking for confirmation as I was rechecking my booking and on another search I had made, it suggested there was not a restaurant. I never received a response which was disappointing. I arrived because my booking was non-refundable to find out that there used to have a restaurant, but due to changes they were making, there was not one presently. I would have appreciated an updated listing on Expedia as I wouldn't have made a booking without in house dining or at least a response from the property to the email I sent them. Otherwise, their folks they had working there when I arrived and departed were lovely.

After being assured this hotel had a wheelchair accessible room but all of hotel was not, we booked. On arrival the ramp was made of a very bumpy broken brick. The bedroom was in a sunken first floor that could have been made wheelchair accessible with a simple, cheap portable curb ramp from Amazon. However, the bathroom door was not wide enough to allow for a wheelchair. Waste of time, money for taxis, and generally unpleasant experience. Sole staff person who was there was mediocre but desk person who lied about wheelchair accessibility should be dealt with appropriately and the owners remove wheelchair accessibility from its websites.

Amazing hotel and very clean and calm, great breakfast. My only suggested improvements are to have the options for lunch and dinner, and a phone for room service. But overall a excellent experience and very comfortable.

Geat for family of 4 staying a night before flights from Gatwick. For the convenience and what you pay this is an excellent choice. We had room 2 which is spacious and clean.
Service included booking car parking for £5 a day and booking a taxi in the morning.
Breakfast was fine.
Highly recommend for a family overnight.

I was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews on here|But it couldn’t have been better. Great location if you are at the Goodwood Festival of speed as only an hour away.|All staff were very friendly and helpful, even checking our room when I phoned to say we had left something then they kept it safe until we could return.|Very pleasant surprise that our triple room had a separate double room within the main room which was great for privacy.|Lovely toiletries from the white Company|Rooms were lovely and bed really comfortable.|I can’t believe the price for what we got, it even included breakfast, which was also good|I would definitely return and am gutted it’s already booked in September or would be back for the Goodwood revival
