Came in today, lovely staff, great service and great location. However had the beef roast, the beef was so tough and chewy and the roast potatoes seemed like they were overcooked yesterday and then reheated today - not fresh or good. Only green was some cabbage and all for £23, a bit of a shame, left most of the meat. Would recommend looking into this for future guests at your restaurant, as if I had known I’d have chosen something else. My partner had beef burger and it was lovely, just the roast was the issue.

Excellent stay - great location with easy walking to the town centre and quayside where there are lots of independent shops.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable - the shower was one of the best I have had in a hotel.

The food was excellent especially the breakfast - and finally the staff were brilliant, so nice and welcoming and even when they were busy they were very friendly.

I would definitely recommend staying here.

Went in to get a drink on a warm day after a long walk. Cocktails two for £15 which were nice. The only downside was they didn’t open their kitchen until 5pm yet they could have taken orders as there were other people wanting food.pubs these days usually keep kitchen open. It was surprisingly disappointing but a nice pub for a drink. The toilets were nice with Belfast sinks, quality soap and a Dyson air dryer!

Lovely hotel/restaurant. the rooms are stylish and 100% to my liking they offer a breakfast in the morning and if you ask they will reserve you table when booking, which i think is refreshing and different to first come first serve. the staff were very lovely especially the assistant manager James when we arrived he welcomed us with a warm smile and assisted us when we needed.. ||we stayed for dinner, i had the burger and for the prices the food was amazing definitely will recommend.

Room with a sea view. This a bit limited as view hidden by buildings and roofs. Equally there is a noisy vent from kitchen right outside. However these are my only minus points. Room excellent and comfortable. Great nights sleep. The staff are excellent and should be graded 6 stars. Couldnt do enough for us. Food equally top notch both dinner and breakfast. Coffee both in room and in restaurant cannot be faulted. Very nicely located by marina. Would revisit for sure

Stayed here for Valentines Day
Check in was easy lovely staff member who showed us to a gorgeous room. Extremely spacious , clean and decorated nicely. Cocktails were amazing and the food was delicious. Unfortunately we didn't sleep too well as the radiator in our room was faulty and wouldn't turn off making the room too hot even with the windows open. Bed was comfy, great powerful shower. Breakfast was amazing we opted for the big breakfast and thank you to the lovely member of staff who served us and for being very helpful. Great place to stay only 15 min walk to town centre, great for Isle of Wight ferry. Will definitely be returning.

Although our room was a little tired for the price, the public areas, location and staff certainly made up for it. We arrived early and the staff kindly let us leave our car in the car park while we walked into town. A lovely walk, about 10 to 15 minutes. We later had drinks in the lovely garden, followed by a very nice meal. Breakfast was also good. The staff were wonderful; friendly, professional and helpful! What more could you ask! Thank you.

Fantastic staff - friendly, efficient and helpful. Good food. Room had character and open view. Pleasant property near the Marina with own parking. Good base for Beaulieu, Exbury Gardens and Hurst Castle plus IOW ferry port just a short driving distance away. Quiet location with easy walk to Lymington centre.
