This is a wonderful hidden gem that is off the beaten path and offers a perfect place to retreat and connect with other travelers and friends. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and all the other guests were lovely. The gardens and outdoor barbecue were a perfect venue to enjoy the quiet countryside scenery on a summer evening.

What a fantastic find! So clean and comfortable and with everything you could need for a break with family and or friends. So peaceful but handy for loads of local towns and places of interest. Hosts so friendly and helpful and delicious home made bread for breakfast. All my party are planning to return with family and friends

My friend and I, who shared a double room, would agree with the other reviews here: beautiful place, lovely hosts, comfortable beds. Great kitchen/dining area and also nice swimming pond and barbeque area. Location is secluded - perhaps a mile along a gravel road. We walked from Thetford via footpaths through woods and farmland. A bus tops near the end of the lane.
We never met Sandra, but Piers was very friendly and helpful. The other guests were also lovely!

The charming farmhouse exterior gives way to a warm and inviting interior, where I was greeted by the friendly owners. They clearly prioritize quality over quantity, with just a few rooms, each thoughtfully appointed. My room was immaculate and well-equipped, and the communal areas offered everything I needed for my stay. The fresh loaf of bread baked daily for breakfast was a delightful touch. I enjoyed a restful night's sleep in the tranquil setting. I highly recommend The Mill B&B and will definitely be returning if work brings me back to the area.

Fantastic location in the countryside. Piers met us on arrival and showed us around the property. A beautiful garden with BBQ and outdoor chairs.

The rooms were modern and clean and the communal kitchen area had everything you need.

The location is great, you could walk, run or mountain bike.

What a fabulous place this is. Piers welcomed us with information to make our stay as perfect as possible. Sadly we only stayed for one night but will certainly come for longer next time. See you soon!

After traveling through Europe for a few weeks and visiting many B&Bs, this one exceeded all expectations! From the front door, everything felt so warm and inviting. The rooms were immaculate. The owners were so friendly and helpful and even made us a loaf of fresh, delicious bread to enjoy in the morning. The grounds are beautiful and the gazebo by the natural pool was so enchanting. Very lovely place!
