The MBS ladies are so lovely and friendly. I've only been going a few months now for brow wax and tint but I will continue going from now on. They all make you feel so welcome from the minute you step in the door till you leave. Very calming feel to the whole place especially in the beauty rooms whilst having treatment.
I've had Alice and Katie do my eyebrows and both very knowledgeable and friendly.
To all the ladies here keep up the good work!

I moved to Colchester from London 2 years ago and needed to find a good wax place/person. I found Jade at MBS Nov/Dec last year, I am now a regular and won’t go to another person. My eyebrows are even for the first ever time, she takes pride in her work and doesn’t rush. I also get a Hollywood which I won’t go into detail on lol. No pain, yes I mean it. Then again I’ve been waxing for years. Highly recommend.

My wife had an excellent experience with the business - the four stars is only because she had to wait for over half an hour as the allocated nail technician was unavailable, another had to be found at short notice to fill in, and only half of the appointment could be completed. They were extremely apologetic, but she had to return to have her nails finished a couple of days later and take one of my children with her as we were unable to organise childcare in time. That said, the reallocated tech was extremely professional and courteous and did a fabulous job with both the manicure and the pedicure. My wife was very pleased with the end result of both. It lasted over two weeks before showing any signs of wear. Would highly recommend.

Friendly, professional atmosphere. Alice is incredible! Makes you feel calm and relaxed almost instantly. She takes care and pride in her massages. Would highly recommend. Easy to chat too and nothing is ever too much hassle, instantly relieved my shoulder pain I’ve been suffering from for a while. The only massager to hit the spot.
