Wasnt great for me as I had been working all day. The room I had was small and outside the town centre which driving a truck was less than ideal. The owner had dogs which I have an allergy to but was more than happy to cancel the booking but as I arrived late I had no desire to look elsewhere. For other travelers I’d imagine it would be nice enough as had a good view out front.

My partner and I went for a wee getaway on our anniversary and we cant get over how wonderful our stay at the moorings was…|Andrew and Iain were the most warm and welcoming hosts possible who gave us great tips on places to eat and drink in the area and even took us for a swim in the sea! the room was the cleanest room we’ve ever been in and the view from our window was breathtaking! As an LGBT couple our hosts made us feel extremely safe and secure on our trip which we really appreciated. Their dogs cara and dougal are the cutest puppies ever!! We had the best sleep in the room the beds were so comfortable it was just great and then had a wonderful cooked breakfast by andrew the next morning that we thoroughly enjoyed! Id definitely recommend you get the breakfast if you stay as its wonderful! The house and garden are gorgeously decorated and you instantly recognise it as the front garden really stands out when you're on the street the house has some really quirky features like the marionette wall which we couldn't stop getting photos with! Overall our trip was a delight and we don't know if anywhere could top the moorings! As soon as we get there we were planning our next trip and cant wait to stay again and will be recommending to all of our friends!!! ❤️🌈

I so loved my stay here. Andrew made my stay so enjoyable. He has such a lovely presence. The house is spotlessly clean and comfortable and the view is to die for. And the breakfast… the breakfast was so delicious,the best I had in the 6 weeks I was in the UK.|I was actually really sad to leave but will be my first stop when I return to Scotland next year

A wonderfully warm and comfortable B&B in Tarbert. Andrew is a perfect host, so helpful and friendly! His home is full of quirkiness, spotlessly clean and wow, what a view over the Loch. Do try the freshly cooked, delicious breakfast, it definitely set us up for the day! Parking is available at the bottom of the garden.

What a place. Rooms spotlessly clean and Andrew and the dogs were perfect hosts. We only stayed 1 night, but I think the rooms get serviced every day. I thought those days had gone.||Full Scottish breakfast was superb.||We will only stay here in future when we return to Tarbet.

Such a lovely B&B, brilliant location, lovely setting, great host and a wonderful stay. The owner of the B&B Andrew was very welcoming and such a gentleman. The room was lovely, very clean and just what you need. The breakfast the next morning was well worth the money, and set you up for the day!! There was a wonderful variety of different breakfast items. The views from the front of the B&B are so lovely looking over the sea. The B&B gardens are wonderful and lovely to have a walk around. Couldn’t fault the B&B will defiantly be returning

This place is brilliant and so is the host Andrew nothing was too much trouble for him the rooms are cozy and warm the full Scottish breakfast was cooked to perfection.|The place is spotlessly clean and fresh, Andrew even filled us a large flask for our day.|if you visit Tarbert with a stay in mind i would strongly recomend this lovely little lpace with Andrew.|p.s. we owe him a tea spoone.
