My friend and I got our nails done here, I got a gel manicure and she got an essential manicure. The staff here were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately we were 10 minutes late due to traffic and they made absolutely no issues and completed our service in a non-rushed and professional manner. Our nails look fabulous after. They also offered us refreshments and the place was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend here.

I've been going to Nail & Body Boutique for a few years now, having used other places in Reigate before and I won't go anywhere else now. All the staff are brilliant. They are so accommodating, welcoming, efficient and professional. The quality of service is always excellent.

My wife went to this place this morning and by the evening the gel pedicure on one leg was gone. £100 pounds wasted + disappointment. They also charged her twice and now we need to wait for a refund.

I wasn't happy with my visit at the Nail and Body boutique. I booked in for a Hollywood paying 46 pounds. The entire process felt rushed and took about 15 minutes when the period of time booked out for the treatment was around 30-45 minutes. I paid for hot wax, but a combination of hot and strip wax was used. The therapist also double-dipped the waxing stick in the hot wax instead of using a new one each time which is a health and safety hazard. I have regular Hollywood waxes and this was my first one at The Nail and Body Boutique - I had many ingrown hairs afterwards which has not been an issue for me before. I was very disappointed with the wax. The one positive was that the staff are very friendly here, so I would like to come back to see what the other treatments are like but certainly won't be coming here for my waxes.

I have been a regular client for the last four years. The salon is fantastic and really well managed and a great team working there. I have my nails done very regularly and love the choice of colours and new products.
The pedicure area is heaven and so relaxing with a nice glass of wine and nibbles and great place for a catch up. Also have waxing and Anna is great, so fast making the process nearly painless! Would highly recommend the salon.

I've seen a lot of reviews on here from people who watched the Spa Wars programme but have no personal experience of the salon so I wanted to add a review based on 4 years of having regular manicures at this salon and its predecessor The Nail Boutique. I've always received excellent customer service and I keep coming back because I love the quality of treatments. Michelle is passionate about delivering excellence in both the quality of treatments and customer service. She and the team are knowledgeable about the treatments they offer and care about offering treatments that work for the individual customer. I know from talking to the team over the years that Michelle cares about her staff and invests in their training and that shows in their skill and their attitude. the entire team including Michelle are so friendly and welcoming whenever I go and I highly recommend the salon

I love this place - have been a regular for a couple of years now since a few friends recommended it! I have never had anything but great service here. The girls are all amazingly friendly and I love having a cocktail and nibbles when having my nails done! Daisie has done some great art on my nails in the past too. Can't wait for you to be open again and I can come and indulge.

I have been going to the salon for over two years now and cannot fault the impeccable service I receive every time. The quality of the work is second to none - Jess truly is gifted when it comes to nails!! No matter what I ask for she always exceeds my expectations. The atmosphere of the salon is calm and friendly... it is my little treat to myself every three weeks. All staff in the salon are warm and welcoming, making every customer feel special. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
