I’m writing this review at 6:20am after having the worst nights sleep ever in a squeaky prison bed, I have woken up to people upstairs running up and down the hallway and singing loudly.

Kind of ironic as they say no noise after 9pm!

The showers are in terrible condition, the beds are of an awful quality (squeaky) and the noise from above is horrendous.

Shouldn't be advertised as a hen do venue as they do not tolerate party noise and charge a lot if they deem too noisy!
We booked our stay through a website specialising in hen-do holidays, so we were very surprised when the property management tried to charge us £480 per night for excessive noise.
This left the bride and others in the party with stress and a bitter feeling about the whole experience,,especially as the owner told the hen to party hard.
The property was OK but we felt it was not as good as we had expected from the pictures, with multiple issues with doors, furniture and mould. I would not recommend staying here.

Elle was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and a fantastic host for a group of 14. Can't recommend enough as a great place for lots to meet up. Really easy access into Bath too and ensuite rooms were great. Parking was easy.

Absolutely wonderful place, this is our second visit and it was just as great as the last time. The accommodation is genuinely well thought-through with everything you need for a very comfortable and happy stay. The location strikes the perfect balance between accessibility and the quietness you need for a nice weekend away. Myself my and girlfriend hope to be back again.

A very quaint little place. Everything was spotlessly clean and room had loads of character. Although the place is very small, there is somehow plenty of room! The location is fantastic (a beautiful place). The only negative I can think of is that I drove past it every single time we went back! The entrance is well hidden!

The host provided very in depth information about the surrounding location and welcomed us with some food. The house was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities. The location is very central and walking distance with the local shops. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! We were scammed literally by the owner of the property hes posted the entire house on air bnb when you get there you only have the 1st floor no blankets for people sleeping on the sofas the only toilets are in the bedrooms so you have to wake up people to go toilet, very dirty place not looked after at all very disappointed the property is advertised as entire but i can assure you its not i have videos and photos if you dont want to be disappointed and have fun out with mates and family not the place at all id rather book a holiday inn and stay there than this haunted place.
