We just got back from a two night say at the Norfolk Arms and it deserves all of the five star reviews. After five minute the staff make you feel like you’ve been a regular for twenty years. Rooms are simple, spotless and great value. The food is excellent, generous and very well priced, nobody stops at McDonalds on the way home from here. It’s in the middle of nowhere yet busy midweek. We stay in hotels all over the world and for value for money and friendliness this is one of the best.

Don't normally write reviews but in this case thought I had to because the staff were so friendly, helpful and abliging. They went above and beyond and made us feel very welcome. Only stayed 2 nights for a family gathering, food was lovely and the place had a great atmosphere. Thank you! Would recommend a visit.

Popped in for a quick lunch. Very friendly staff, good service. Popular light bite menu at an extremely reasonable price. Will definitely return.

Not many places in the world I can say I’ve stayed in a home away from home. Not corporate but extremely welcoming and friendly. Meals are at a reasonable price and staff are very welcoming. Best place I’ve stayed in 35 years of travel. If I wanted to design a place with a perfect welcoming atmosphere this would be it. We were visiting family in Sheffield and this was the perfect place to stay.

Honestly my favourite pub in Sheffield, the service is great, drink selection great, really cozy environment and just a great vibe. would recommend to anyone and always take people visiting here. They do really need to improve the vegetarian options though, the lasagne was the most disappointing sized portion I thought they got the order wrong.

Stopped overnight Saturday 23rd December in a superior double for £99 with no breakfast, nice big room with comfy bed and ensuite bathroom. We also booked a table for 7pm for food and drink, I had the steak & ale pie with chips and gravy for £14.99. Nice busy bar area with a friendly relaxing atmosphere enjoying a cold beer.

The pub itself is a really nice establishment. Nice country feel to it and the staff are amongst the friendly ive ever had the pleasure to deal with. Credit to them and the team that put them together. Room was ok. It was clean and everything worked so that's all that's required but it nothing special...well not the room we were in..maybe others are better. The view out the back though across the valley towards Fulwood is just awesome....not many places better to have a pint. Food was excellent as well....probably best fish n chips I've ever had in a pub.

We recently held an 80th birthday party at The Norfolk Arms. The staff could not have been more helpful. They were very flexible and accommodated the several allergies and intolerances we had. The function room was set out beautifully, the food was excellent, the staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend this venue.
