We were welcomed warmly by Greg who explained what we needed to know and showed to our room. The room is as nice as any room I have stayed in and I’ve stayed at the Mandarin Oriental!! The bedding was Luxurious and the bed wonderfully comfy. With tea and coffee making facilities in the room with fresh milk, I hope I have a reason to return. Absolutely 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have just stayed at this wonderful place, and it was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights while we were working at the Sandringham Christmas Event, so stress was high for us including a dash home for more stock. But one thing we didn't have to worry about was where we were staying, Greg called us before we got there to make sure we knew all the details and was there when we arrived. Up to our room which was a home from home, very clean, comfortable and relaxing. The bed was comfortable and and good nights sleep was had. Then in the morning down to a lovely breakfast with Jackie, warm and welcoming with a quality selection of food and drink. repeat twice more until we checked out for the final day of the show. It was almost a shame we then had to drive home although the puppy was glad to see us again. I have stayed in some top hotels through work and I have to say for a small B&B to be at thsi standard is a credit to both Greg & Jackie, thank you for your warm hospitality and we know where to stay for the next show. We recommend staying at The Old Bell b&b. The room was tastefully decorated and spotless. In the morning a very good continental breakfast selection. By car you're not far from visiting Sandringham. And in the evening there are indeed decent pubs in the locale that serve good food. An excellent stay for our three day break away. We'd certainly come again.

Greg and Jackie are like shining diamonds, they are incredible hosts. The Old Bell is a very special place, it’s immaculately clean with luxurious touches and very comfortable. You’ll feel welcome from the moment you step in the door and hear the jingle of the little brass bell on the door. |Decor is superb, very ‘neutral’ in scheme (which suits our tastes) is stylish, modern, sophisticated and complements Norfolk beautifully. |Breakfast is the freshest I’ve ever had anywhere and absolutely delicious, spoilt for choice, the towels and bedding are spotlessly clean and smell freshly laundered. Fresh milk in the mini fridge. Location is excellent, lots to do around, quiet night sleep, wasn’t disturbed. There is genuinely nothing that could be improved upon. I aim to visit twice a month to have a night to rest and relax with my husband whilst enjoying all that Norfolk has to offer! Premier shop next door - great for any essentials (we forgot our toothpaste!) Recommend the Ffolkes for a meal in Hillington, a few minutes away by car - best to book. You’ll not be disappointed booking here, I guarantee it.

hosts were extremely helpful and friendly, very welcoming on arrival. room slightly small but well equipped with mini fridge Inc milk. a full length mirror would've been great. breakfast was continental and plentiful. nice clean modern room.

What a gem this place is. We were met by the lovely Greg who was very friendly and showed us to our amazing room. On arrival, they had upgraded us to a larger room. The furnishings and little touches were lovely down to the quality tea/coffees and amazing toiletries, we even had fresh milk in the mini-fridge. The bed was super comfy with top-quality bedding and it was immaculate. Breakfast the next morning was served in a lovely conservatory by the wonderful Jacqui. There was an excellent selection of freshly baked pastries, meat and cheese, yogurts, fresh fruit, and cereal the list was endless. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the service and hospitality were out of this world. You should be very proud of yourselves for what you have achieved in such a short time. Would definitely recommend this gem of a place and would not hesitate to say again.

Lovely stay at this newly refurbished B & B. Very friendly hosts who made you very welcome. Great base to explore Norfolk, Only short drive to Sandringham - worth a visit. Few pubs short drive away with tasty bar meals. .Hope to return soon. P&K

Just had an amazing stay here with my daughter.|Beautiful room and location. Lovely to wake up to a nice breakfast and Jacqui and her husband are very attentive hosts. Was off street parking and was able to check in early which was good too. Rooms had tea and coffee and we were made very welcome.
