What a wonderful stay we had - my son and I thoroughly enjoyed visiting the seals and enjoying fish and chips by the sea. All made even more special by the amazing, generous hospitality from Amanda our host, and her Boxers ofcourse. Delicious breakfasts and nothing was too much trouble. Warm clean room with lots if amenities - highly recommend.

My husband and I were attending a wedding at Waxham Great Barn with friends so booked two rooms here for 2 nights. This is a small, intimate B&B with only 3 rooms and feels welcoming from the moment you step over the threshold. The rooms are spotlessly clean and fully equip with toiletries, cotton pads/buds, tissues, hairdryer, torch, wine glasses, bottle opener, bottled water, tea/coffee, biscuits as well as fresh flowers and bowls of sweets.||The bed was super comfy and its a really quiet area so a good nights sleep was had by all. There is no doubt about it though, the piece de resistance was the breakfast! We had a huge bowl of beautiful fresh fruit salad followed by an amazing full english breakfast with local sausage, bacon and eggs. It was absolutely delicious.||The accommodation is in a beautiful spot and within walking distance of the beach, where you can easily spot the seals. It was a perfect base for us.||There are two dogs on site (not in the accommodation) and they were well behaved and no bother. Amanda is just the best Hostess, she was so helpful, informative and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning

This is one of the best B&Bs at which I have ever stayed. It’s close to both the seaside and the Broads not to mention lovely gardens giving you lots of options of things to do. And if you don’t feel like doing anything then just relaxing in the yard of the Guest House is a wonderful way to spend some time. Amanda is an excellent host and her breakfasts are some of the best as is her attention to detail and amenities. If you think you need something she has probably already thought of it and it is in your room. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to spend time in the Norfolk area. I really hope I can get back there for another visit some time in the future.

I spent two nights here having a respite stay and had a lovely time. My room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, Amanda gave me a great breakfast and I felt just the right balance of being looked-after and given my own space. It's a fantastic spot, open sky all around and about ten minutes' walk to the beach. I stayed without a car and it's entirely possible if you are happy to walk 20 minutes to the (excellent) pub.

Amanda was so attentive and kind, adjusting our bedding for a warm night and making sure we had everything we needed. Our room was clean, quiet and attractive with a nice shower. Cooked breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of buffet options with a very generous mixed fresh fruit selection. Her suggestion of things to do was perfect - and ensured we made the most of our limited time in Horsey. Thanks so much Amanda!
