Stayed just the one night on our travels and it was everything we expected and more. Room was clean, functional and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Breakfast was superb, all freshly made to order and the staff were very friendly. They clearly understand how to run this place and I just can't fault anything. The pub across the road is not only handy but served great food too.

We stayed here the night of our wedding as our reception was across the road. ||The room was lovely, there were flowers and rose when we arrived. The staff were so friendly. ||Breakfast was amazing and we were able to add another person on at last minute. ||Thank you so much for helping make our special day one to remember and amazing. Stayed for 5 nights in September. Location ideal for touring the Dales and N York Moors. Accommodation is excellent although the standard double room is a little small so would recommend the larger rooms if staying for more than an overnight. All the staff made us very welcome and breakfasts were cooked fresh each morning including the toast together with ample choice of a cold buffet of cereals, fruit etc. Rooms were made up daily on request. Would highly recommend this B & B. The pub just across the road serves good beer and food.

We stayed here for one night and enjoyed our stay very much. We were here as a gift from family members who had previously enjoyed a stay themselves. Our room was quite small but tastefully decorated with lovely complimentary toiletries and a great drinks tray. Nice hot shower and a VERY COMFY bed. Both enjoyed a good night's sleep ?. The Breakfast was absolutely lovely. You order your selection the night before. Everything was cooked to perfection and the cold selection was good too. Excellent quality and served in a nice little Breakfast room too. We would recommend and we hope to be back ourselves sometime.

The buildings were beautiful and plenty of parking was available. |The room was large but not homely, just functional. |Cleanliness wasn’t the best, there was grime on the floor around the shower and in the overflow of the sink. There were several cobwebs and spiders and a large piece of broken glass on the floor just outside our bedroom door. The layout of the bathroom was weird, with the towels hanging on the towel rail right next to the toilet.|The bed was quite comfortable and there was a decent television and tea/coffee making facilities.|Breakfasts were very average for a supposedly 5 star B&B.|Having said all of the above - the staff were very nice and helpful. We got the feeling that the owners were not present and not sure if it had changed hands but it seemed like it was benefitting from previous awards and 5 star ratings but had gone downhill since.

Just brilliant (again). Our second visit and it won't be our last. Lovely place to stay. Great rooms, comfy beds and brilliant breakfast. Neil the previous manager has just moved on but Ollie is just as friendly and helpful. Loads of parking which is a huge bonus and great location across the road from the Sravely Arms where you can eat and 10 minutes drive from Ripon. Handy for all North Yorkshire. 5 minute walk into North Staveley village green with a beautiful duck pond and church. We love it and will definitely be going back.

What a wonderful stay ollie and the staff were so friendly. We couldn't fault a single thing. It is an ideal place for harrogate york the dales etc.|Everyone should experience this bed and breakfast and to top it all the staveley Arms across the road is a perfect place to chill and eat. Good prices brilliant staff.
