Really enjoyed our stay here which I’d booked as we were attending a friend’s wedding at Lakeside Lodge. Laura was really welcoming and made us feel right at home.

Even though we aren’t really into a continental breakfast (we prefer cooked when staying away), there was a lot to choose from and we didn’t go hungry.

The bedroom and en-suite bathroom were immaculate and the property is set back from the main road, so we slept really well.

We would stay here again.

When we arrived we were met by a very friendly lady who showed us to our room. ||We explained we were leaving at 04:30 in the mornings and would not be there for breakfast she said no problem she would leave everything out for us which she did was amazing nothing was any trouble.||The bedroom was very clean beds really comfortable bedding very good quality, bathroom again very clean, nice and big with shower and bath very nicely decorated.||The lounge had a lovely sofa with TV very nice with patio doors that went out to the pretty garden.||We had tea and coffee in our room.||We highly recommend a stay there.||We will be booking again when next there for work.||Thank you for a great stay!||Dee & Sam

We had a wonderful stay. Visited family in a nearby village. Rooms were clean, breakfast was lovely and we were warmly welcomed by Laura on arrival. We stayed for two nights, the second morning we had a really lovely conversation with Laura about family, and the local area! Thank you for being so friendly - we will be back I am sure.

The Old Grain Store is a true gem in an idyllic setting. We had a lovely stay for a few days visiting friends and family. The rooms are large, comfortable and fully equipped. Laura was a great host with some great tips on what to do and where to visit locally. There is plenty to do with the golf course and tenpin bowling right on your doorstep and some lovely country pubs a short distance away.

Breakfast was superb and would set you up for the day. We had two rooms next to each other, great for families. The breakfast room is lovely and there's even a small lounge area. We were sorry to have to leave so soon but rest assured we will be back again and again.

Beautiful location, so serene, lovely gardens. Close to Cambridge, Ely, Huntingdon and St Ives.|We were in Room #1 on the first floor which was perfect for our 3 night stay. Overlooked beautiful flower gardens. Dining area for breakfast was perfect and we were the only 2 people so we served ourselves. Our host, Laura, was wonderful and friendly. Would stay there again.

Peaceful location. Clean tidy, well managed B and B. The continental breakfast available is of good quality and generous. Overall the atmosphere is comfortable. Easy to feel homely here. A pleasure. We would be very pleased to return.

One of if not the best B&B we have ever stayed in. Wonderfully warm, kind and caring hosts. Laura and Annette could not have done more to make us comfortable. Excellent room with all the amenities one could wish for. Delightful and satisfying Continental breakfasts! Great location with easy access to Cambridge via the St Ives Park and Ride - dodging all the hassle of the Cambridge traffic and parking. A beautiful, peaceful location. The 12 days we spent here were a real treat. Pity we live so far away - in New Zealand, we would spend a lot more time with these great people. Thank you for a lovely experience.

I loved staying here. It was relaxed and informal.
My room was large, clean and bright with a great ensuite shower.
The continental breakfast is laid out and can be eaten throughout the morning with tea and coffee available all day.
There is a good restaurant at the Golf Club a few minutes walk away.
I highly recommend The Old Grain Store B&B and thank Annette and Laura for making me feel so welcome. Hope to visit again soon.
