Visited as two couples 03 September 2024. Small hotel with only 10 rooms, at present, but it is quite simply fabulous. The bedrooms are very well appointed with everything you need. Decor is modern and spotlessly clean. Had large walk in shower with toiletries provided. |Secure private parking is available at no extra cost.|As we were the only 4 people staying in the hotel that night, the restaurant wasn't open so the Chef was made available to prepare a limited menu. This consisted of a selection of Indian dishes which were exceptional and is some of the best Indian food I've ever tasted. It was very impressive.|Staff, especially Tas, were very friendly and service was first class.|Would definitely stay again if in the area and would highly recommend. Could see it being the ideal venue for a wedding or private party. Exceptional!

We had the privilege of working with Taz as our wedding coordinator, and she truly went above and beyond to make our special day everything we dreamed it would be. From our first meeting, Taz was incredibly friendly and straightforward, making the entire planning process feel smooth and manageable. Her patient demeanor was a godsend, especially as we changed our minds a few times—she never hesitated to adjust our plans to ensure everything was just right.||Taz was relentless in her commitment to making sure we were happy with every detail. She consistently checked in with us, offering her expertise and doing everything in her power to bring our vision to life. On several occasions, she stayed on extra hours after her shift, just to talk things through with us and make sure we felt reassured. Her dedication was evident, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making our day perfect.||The night before and even the morning of the wedding, Taz stepped in to handle last-minute details, allowing us to focus on enjoying the moment without any stress. Her presence was a calming force, and we knew we were in good hands.||Our wedding was held at the Old Hall Hotel, and everything from the food to the venue was fantastic. Our guests loved the food and the VIP room provided an intimate and elegant setting for our civil ceremony. Later in the day, the marquee was the perfect space for our buffet and mini reception, offering a lively and spacious environment where everyone could relax and celebrate.||None of this would have been possible without Taz's help, support, and guidance. We are incredibly grateful for all the time and effort she put in, both in the weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day itself. Taz's hard work and dedication ensured that our wedding was a beautiful, seamless, and unforgettable experience. I would gladly rate this venue six stars for my wedding experience if I could! Taz and Georgie were absolutely phenomenal as wedding hosts, going above and beyond to ensure that every detail was meticulously arranged. Taz's keen eye for detail shone through in every aspect of the setup, and despite having only a few meetings with her, the final result exceeded all of our expectations. She truly stands out as a remarkable wedding host, making the planning process feel seamless and enjoyable.||Our wedding was an intimate gathering of just 25 guests, yet it felt incredibly special, and that was largely due to the efforts of Taz and Georgie. We spent the night dancing on their spectacular LED dance floor, which was complemented by top-notch speakers that filled the space with fantastic music. The food and drinks were plentiful and delicious, adding to the festive atmosphere. It was a night to remember, and we owe a huge thanks to our wonderful hosts for making it all possible.||The accommodations provided for us and our guests were exceptional, easily ranking among the best I've experienced. As someone who travels frequently for work and has stayed in numerous hotels, I can confidently say that the quality of the rooms was comparable to that of the Munich Marriott Hotel City West, particularly in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and tranquillity. Visited for afternoon tea for fathers day. Fantastic food and service, we all had a great time and enjoyed both the traditional and gentleman's tea. There was a great choice of sandwiches, wraps, sausage rolls, cakes and scones. The tea and coffee were fantastic, and the staff there couldn't do enough for us. It was also lovely for my dad to receive a little gift for fathers day and added a special touch. I will definitely be back!

Lovely hotel. We stayed for only one night, as had a meeting locally. Room was spotless, had all the amenities that we needed. As we arrived later in the evening, and it was during the week, the restaurant wasn't open, but we were supplied with snacks/toasties when we arrived. Staff could not have been more helpful. |Excellent stay!

Warm welcome on arrival. Staff really helpful.
Room beautifully appointed.
There was a green light permenatly illuminated. Hardly noticeable during the day, but as a light sleeper, felt spotlight bright during the night. Also the automatic light in the bathroom wasn't a favourite feature. If I wake in the night I don't want bright lights illuminating my path and waking me up further.
Coffee shop was excellent. As was breakfast

We have played a few gigs at the Old Hall now and it is a fantastic venue. The staff are excellent and help out with any requests. Food and drink is amazing and the service is just generally excellent. ||The two areas where bands can set up (inside during winter and pavilion during the summer) are great for sound and set up and plenty of space for dancing!||Thanks for having us. Looking forward to being back there

I got married here June 1st 2024 (and engaged here June 2022). The place is just gorgeous. Georgie and the rest of her staff couldn't do enough for us to make sure the whole day went without a hitch. It's clean. Friendly welcoming atmosphere and somewhere that will always hold a special place in my heart. The food is gorgeous and offer a huge array of different flavours and textures. The rooms are immaculate. Genuinely cannot fault the place.
