Although the Posthouse is on a busy main road, there seems to be very little noise in the rooms at the back, plus you get to look over the delightful garden. The rooms (I have stayed here before) are clean and comfortable, if a little dated, though does that matter? Small minus point is the rather tight fit shower, though this is constrained by the bathroom shape. Free off road parking, free WiFi, great breakfast with locally sourced, quality ingredients, combined with a genial, informed, and informative host make this a place I would go back to. Plus, for a single room, it's only £35 per night.

Stayed here for one night. Russell is a very pleasant host.|The room was clean & comfortable & had all we needed.|Breakfast was home cooked & extensive. Good value as well.|There is parking at the rear & in front. Our room looked over a lovely cottage garden at the rear & was very quiet

Stayed here just for one night. Used to visit my great Auntie here in 1957. Russell, our host was amazing and helped us with our thirst for my family history. The place is clean and homely. Our breakfast was lovely and filling. But the star was Russell, a truly delightful man. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very much at home here. Many many thanks.

We picked the Old Posthouse following reviews on Trip Advisor and that it was close by to our family. Lovely old house and very comfortable bed. We had a great view onto the garden. The breakfast was fantastic. Great price for the two nights and we would definitely stay here again when in the area!

Traveled up to Horsham from West country to attend party in Horsham. Wanted some where close and easy to get to and from the venue. Picked the Old Posthouse as sounded just right. The booking was done by email last March from the US, Russell could not have been more helpful and booked us in for the day we requested. We found the guesthouse with no problems and were made very welcome by Russell, given a key and tour and off to our party. Russell cooked our breakfast to order, a most welcome change from self service or reheated, plenty of fresh coffee and good company. Russell took time to chat and make sure that ourselves and the other guests had everything we needed and that our stay-short as it was-had been enjoyable. The room was bright and clean, tastefully decorated and overlooking a great garden view, filled with feeders and full of wild birds. I am so glad we went there as it made our frenetic journey (we were in Horsham less than 24hrs) worthwhile

First of all the B&B was very quiet and very reasonably priced at £56 for the double room including breakfast. The bed and the room were comfortable and clean, which is often the main thing and we overlooked a lovely garden. The lounge was more like a private lounge with family photos, mementos, personal ornaments in addition to a collection of owls, which were spread throughout the property! The bedroom floor creaked as did the bed but all that might be classed as quaint by some. The shower was the let down as the shower head had been replaced and was too heavy for the supporting bracket, so the performance of the shower was quite poor. My wife also missed a hair-dryer. Finally the owner was away on holiday at the time so our breakfast was cooked by the lady from the house next door. Whilst you could not say the breakfast service was slick, it was done with a smile and a great sense of humour in really nice way so a tip was offered, refused but insisted upon! Overall all that might change however as the property is for sale, so what happens next is anyone's guess!

Clean and Comfortable good breakfast and at @ £56 for two, what more do you need.You can come and go as you please. There is a nice pub The Plough with real ale 5 mins walk They also serve food. Kissingate Brewery 20 mins walk.They do award winning Beer

My parents have stayed here on many occasions and this B & B is excellent. Rooms welcoming, breakfast great and comfortable beds. The owners cannot do enough to keep you informed with their local knowledge and information.
