We had to visit Waterbeach recently to attend a memorial service so we booked a 2 night stay at The Old School House. The whole experience was excellent with great hosts Lisa and Phill. Our room was well presented with a large shower. The breakfasts were the best we had ever had in any hotel or B&B everything freshly cooked. |We will definitely visiting again especially being near the historic city of Ely.

Amazing value, definitely worth every penny. Check-in was really unstressful. There were so many tiny details that really put the room above others that I've stayed in. I was a tad confused by the menu sheet but that's probably because i'm not too smart. The staff were lovely too. I do apologise to them though for accidentally oversleeping, thank you for being so understanding and friendly!! 🫰

Had a great stay was traveling from USA totally recommend very friendly excellent food very clean comfy rooms close to amenities staff and owners very nice and knowledgeable of area places to see etc would most definitely stay again.

The Old School House Rooms are possibly the best B & B I have ever stayed in. The rooms are very well appointed including a fridge, drinks making facilities, water and even some little chocolates. Immaculately clean, large bathroom with toiletries included. There is a lounge/conservatory with crockery and cutlery if you wanted to bring in a takeaway. There is also a fridge, wine glasses, extra tea/coffee/milk, comfy sofas - pretty much everything you could need. As for the breakfast - all cooked fresh, good quality ingredients and piping hot. As well as the cooked breakfast there is everything else you could want - cereals, toast, fruit, pastries. The owners are very friendly and helpful with tips on the local area. I would definitely recommend this place for a long or short stay.

Lovely last-minute stay at this B&B. It's extremely well organised and clean. Comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Breakfast was brilliantly laid out and presented. Cooked breakfast was delicious with really great quality ingredients. Genuinely, probably the best breakfast I've ever had at a B&B. Highly recommended.

We stayed for an extended weekend stay. We had an amazing time. The rooms are comfy and very clean. Phil and Faye were so welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast is faultless and very delicious, a very good choice of cooked and continental. There was orange, apple and cranberry juice, toast, waffles, croissants and pain au chocolat. Thank you
