From my first communication with Elaine (to ask about staying with multiple dogs) through to leaving, Elaine was super-responsive and also proactive, sending through recommendations for walks etc. The property is really lovely, easy to access around the back with allocated parking spaces and everything you could need for your stay. Shops, cafes and restaurants within very easy walking distance as well as a nice park on the edge of Loch Leven. The property was perfect for me and my dogs as it’s a 10 minute drive from my mum, we will definitely be back.

What a great place to stay! 10/10 for cleanliness, all the amenities that you need, a great enclosed south facing garden with seating. The location of the property is excellent, close access to Kinross, Perth, Edinburgh & St Andrews. Elaine & Ross were warm and welcoming with lots of guidance on places to eat or visit. Good info pack also in the house. Would highly recommend and also would stay again!

Fantastic little Gem. Quiet location which is great for exploring the many things this area has to offer. Rooms have high ceilings with a great feeling of space. Very tastefully decorated and very comfortable - Elaine was a joy to deal with and look forward to staying here again next time we are up this way. Highly recommended.

The Old Schoolhouse is an excellent little holiday home I; the centre of Kinross. It is a tasteful conversion of the original Kinross School, with high ceilings and large windows giving it a light, airy and spacious feel. The home is very clean and bright and well equipped (with smart TV, Wi-fi, washing machine etc.). Elaine and Ross are great hosts and have been very helpful through our our stay. Kinross is an excellent centre with shops, restaurants and cafes. This is the second time we have stayed here and I would be happy to recommend it.

My daughter and I stayed with 2 children at the Old SchoolHouse for a few days . It was beautifully maintained and garden was super safe for the kids . All the facilities were 1st Class . Clean and modern . Elaine was really helpful with any queries we had re directions etc . We will definitely stay here again as it is very central for many visitor attractions in the area
