Room was obviously done a while ago (years) as room was tired paint wearing thin on walls around bed/side untits. Black mould around front door frame interally, rust and worn towel radiator in bathroom dirty ground in dirt on bathroom floor tiles between door and sink. Toilet loose and not fixed to floor. I'm sure this was nice when done, just very unloved now and a money maker. Good selection of drinks water biscuits. Room has a fan and air-conditioning ( unsure if was working) and tv, kettle and hairdryer. Bed was clean but not great comfort wise and privacy blinds either side of the front door not adequate as people would be able to see in, as we could see out when lying in bed.

Convenient location for town or if you're going to the races. Comfortable bed and hot shower, what more could you ask for?

Perfect place for us to spend a few days whilst attending Cadwell Park Bank Holiday weekend races. Clean, compact with all the facilities needed. The room was checked every day of our visit, which was nice + resupplying the teas and coffees etc. Pretty much in the centre of Market Rasen to shop for supplies or eat out and to explore further afield. Not too far away from the racecourse, if that's your passion.

Perfect for a one night stay but disappointed that there was no breakfast when it's attached to a pub. Room had everything we needed but me and my husband are a bit deaf so couldn't hear the TV as it was set very low. Buttons on remote kept getting stuck and couldn't use one flush on toilet had to use both. But all in all for what we paid it was ok would stay there again. Ideal for the races

Stayed here for 1 night while visiting our daughter who lives 6 minutes away so ideal. Lovely clean room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Would highly recommend

I phoned up at 9pm on a Sunday evening asking if they had a room for the night. I had booked into another hotel locally, but it was so bad that I had to abandon the other hotel. The owners were pleasant on the phone, and I was clearly not the first person to have called up wanting out of the other hotel!

The room was well priced, tidy, and properly equipped, the shower was nice too. If I stay in the area again, I'll definitely return.

I stayed as part of a group of 6 for two nights, in the 3 bedroomed apartment & it did the job.|The beds were comfortable & the bedding was clean, with clean bath sheets & hand towels for each of us. We found tea, sugar & coffee in a kitchen cupboard, although we had taken our own, and the kitchen was well stocked.|The furniture was all mis-matched but fine and the apartment was clean up to a point. Some areas were obviously missed during the clean if they weren’t in full view. There was a narrow rim around the outside of the bath which was dirty & overall the place could do with a revamp or at least some TLC. |Still, for 6 middle aged men it did the job & the staff were very nice & friendly.

Booked here for the Market Rason races and it was amazing! the room is very cute and clean! The tapas is authentic and so tasty. The owners and other staff are just incredible, so accommodating and overall good people. Stayed up late just talking and drinking,we had such a laugh!

We will definitely be coming back to The Olive Rooms!!! 🙂
