Excellent bolt hole close to central Cambridge. Very comfortable. With good quality fixtures, fittings & facilities. Coop Local, River Cam and some nice pubs very nearby.

What a fantastic stay we had at The Opulent Birches! The location is ideal. E g., we were in town during the Cambridge Beer Festival and were able to walk to and from in just a few minutes; we had lunch at the Eagle, which was easily walkable, a pub right around the corner, a co-op grocery store just past the pub, etc. Also, being able to park, game changer.

Inside, the house is decorated/styled beautifully and set up perfectly. Lovely, large, bright family lounge and dining area, with sliding door to outdoor area as well. Nicely appointed kitchen. Modern bath with all the hot water & excellent water pressure that you'd ever need. Comfortable bed and luxurious linens. Washer & dryer!

I wholeheartedly recommend this property and will definitely rebook if I'm ever lucky enough to return.

Opulent birches was our first home in UK after we moved to the UK in early Dec 2020. My husband and I stayed there for 2 months until we moved into our own place. Overall, the place is great. It was a perfect size for the two of us (without being cramped). The sky lights in the home make such an amazing difference when you have 5 hours of daylight in winters. The home is updated, clean and smells fresh. Kitchen is well equipped and was functional that we could make our meals everyday. Cannot beat location as its close to so many walking paths and cafes and restaurants. As an absolute bonus - there is a driveway which can easily fit two cars. Nicky herself is amazing! she was extremely accommodating and understanding of our requests. She is responsive and willing to go out of her way to get your comfortable and situated. For longer stays, she can also arrange cleanings which i found to be very helpful. I am so happy we found opulent birches as our first address in the UK. I will wholeheartedly recommend Opulent Birches for anyone's stay. Good luck Nicky and best wishes for your success!

The place was very clean, nicely presented and had everything we needed. Comfy bed and sofas and great water pressure in the shower. Highly recommend - I’d stay again if in the area for sure!

A 5* find in Cambridge. Excellent location, with free parking facilities. The property has everything you could need. Very clean and modern. The host Nicky was a delight to deal with. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Cambridge.
