The Pamper Suite deserves all the extremely positive feedback it has received. I am sure that many people would give it more than 5 stars if they could. As the name suggests, clearly their mission is to pamper you, whilst providing you with a highly professional service. They take the time to listen to you and will give you honest advice as to what styles and colour treatments will suit you. They don’t just give you the haircut that is currently in vogue, but one that flatters you, and is easy to maintain. They also have a comprehensive selection of Aveda products. It is an incredibly friendly place where everyone is made to feel comfortable. Customers are referred to as ‘guests’. All of my family now get their hair cut there. Highly recommended!

Came here today for my first appointment. I have curly hair and was worried about using a ‘normal’ hairdresser and not a specific curly trained one. My worries we’re not necessary. Tracey was brilliant! She was very knowledgeable about my hair type. We spoke about products and how I looked after it and maintenance. The cut was great! Tracey communicated the techniques she was using and she was very knowledgeable. I love the final result and my hair looks and feels fab! Totally recommend for curly cuts and no triangle

After being disappointed by many London "curly" salons I took a huge leap of faith trusting a a small high street salon based on nothing more than their website. The salon owner Tracy is a whiz with curly hair. She is kind, patient and feels passionately that every "curlie" is different and thus she will dedicate the time it takes to get your specific haircut right. Take the leap fellow curlies, you'll be glad you did.
