All staff friendly, helpful and informative, especially on reception. Good quality breakfast with plenty of choice. Very large room but with surprisingly little clothes hanging space! Bathroom was again spacious but with little space for storage of toiletries. Availability of toiletries almost non existent, other than soap dispenser. Another surprise was the fact that the room is not serviced every day, if staying longer more than one day? The bed was enormous but not overly comfortable, especially the average pillows. Finally at the times the room was a little cool with few options to alter the temperature. Plenty of car parking available.

We did not stay here but attended a function. The place was beautifully laid out with tables and chairs covered. The food was very nice. Staff were on hand, keeping tables clear and checking on guests. We have booked to have staff night out here. This will be the 3rd year running as it is just fab.

We had our wedding on the 5th October in the Park Suite at the Park Hotel. All the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The Park Suite looked fantastic on our wedding day the way it was decorated. The food was excellent and the bridal suite was amazing. The DJ did an incredible job and played a wide variety of music. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and we would like to personally thank the staff for helping to make it such a magical day for us

Badly run extremely run down I would stay away from this hotel if I was you, the manager Claire a total liar and and very dishonest, we had a major problem after paying thousands of pounds to this place to have nothing but issues with parking fines when everyone had logged in on the parking tablet this hotel has been the worst experience in hospitality I have ever come across. ||I wouldn’t book any kind of event we was sold down the river after paying so much for a wake, the food was disgusting the attitude was disgusting and when we called to to speak to claire all the front of hose lied too and never returned our phone calls and when we just turned up at the front desk she was standing there after being told she was not there. ||Be careful everyone sounds great until you pay and then it becomes a nightmare and you wished you never engaged with this property or the staff, go elsewhere

Attended a friends wedding had a great time, good company, good food and service, checked on the web site before travelling for the parking situation as hotel is right on main road , Free parking which I thought is a bonus !!!|A week later got a £100 parking fine if paid within 14 days £60. Went back to hotel to speak to manager as I thought this can’t be right it clearly states free parking on two sites.The young girl on reception called for the manager on duty a guy 40ish glasses with no managerial skills what’s so ever ,alls he kept saying we’ve lots of signs I pointed out what the website states why would you be looking for signs , I asked for a more senior manager he refused to give a name or contact details cos he didn’t have too !!! told me to email my complaint to him and he would forward it on!!!! This man needs some serous customer service training.|A great night was tarnished purely by the way my complaint was handled by the so called manager.

My brother’s wedding was on Friday, everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The park hotel staff could not do enough to help. All staff and hotel are amazing. |We stayed the night before (the bride and two bridesmaids) in the Golding room which was amazing!!!!! The room is so spacious and clean.|The staff brought us up breakfast, then later, nibbles and Prosecco, they kept us informed of all the day’s proceedings! |The wedding breakfast was excellent, the food throughout was delicious. |Would definitely recommend for the wedding package or any other occasion.|Would like to thank Steph, Wendy and all the staff who made this a special day for us all. We cannot thank you enough.

Been round for ages,but has been updated,and is pretty tidy now. Staff are all fine,friendly and polite. Rooms,bit dated,but good tv,kettle etc,and I think most have a bath! Instant hot water,and very clean. Food is good( mash to die for !) We had a carvery platter,very generous! Breakfast...wow,spot on full English! All in all,good place to stay.

I would like to thank the staff for looking after my elderly mum when she recently stayed there due to her home being flooded. The reception staff could not have been more helpful, especially Jodie , always talking to her and asking about her wellbeing and if they could do anything. In my opinion they went above and beyond so much so my mum did not want to leave. This was a stressful time for my mum and our family but the staff here made it much more bearable. Bar area was lovely and the food tasty.I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.Thank you all
