We came to the area for a Christmas party nearby. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. Breakfast was very tasty, and as we had a leisurely morning we didn’t feel at all rushed. Our host was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Would definitely return.

Such a lovely, spacious comfy room, with a cosy country style decor and lovely king sized bed. Despite arriving late, the owner made me feel very welcome. She even called me in advance to check time of arrival to ensure the room was sufficiently heated. Nice, friendly lady.

Needed a place to stay for one night close to Norwich. The pelican inn guesthouse exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Jackie was lovely and so understanding as we were late arriving due to traffic.
The room was lovely and clean, bed was very comfortable and there was fresh milk for tea and coffee which rates very highly for me.
Breakfast was lovely and loads of it.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Jackie and shown to a room, we were then offered a wonderful king size bed in another room. All rooms are beautifully decorated and everything you need to make an exceptional stay is available. The rooms and the whole environment are immaculately clean.||We had a take away evening meal and Jackie laid a table for us which was so kind of her. The morning breakfast was continental but lovely fresh fruit and yoghurt. We were there for business in the locality and as my itinerary change Jackie allowed us to stay in the lounge and work until we needed to left. NOTHING was too much trouble for this lady and we thank her and her husband enormously.

pelican guesthouse is the most wonderful and beautiful Bnb you will ever stay in the rooms are so nice the beds omg best sleep iv had in years .i had to ask my love a very important question the night we stayed and yes being in such a lovely setting my love said YES !

This was a nice getaway.. so welcoming and friendly.
Lovely room, clean and tidy.
Shower was the best.
The breakfast/lounge area was lovely and dress up with original features..
Area has great views.
The garden area, calm and relaxing.

What a lovely place to stay. Extremely clean. Room we stayed in was of a very high standard this is the most comfortable bed I've slept in. Breakfast arrangement was perfect. The owners were really warm, welcoming a real home from home. You can see the hard work they have put into this place. Highly recommended. A big thankyou.
