I went to a meeting at this little gem. Lovely (old) building that is is good order. They have a good garden with a swimming pool (not that I used it). The food was very tasty indeed. Good, friendly service. It's also down a small lane with very little else around, so nice and quiet.

Having held my Sisters Wake here ( catered for 100 guests ) I can not praise the Hotel enough, the service provided for our family and guests was first class . The food was a fantastic variety of sandwiches , Which never ran out , followed by home made cakes , scones , jelly , strawberries , and then home made sponge cakes . The bar offered a excellent choice for all tastes with of course plenty tea, coffee. The help and support offered bySimon in allowing us to have the music and photographs being displayed on large TV made a very special tribute for my Sister. This Hotel is a hidden gem in Burnham ,and I would highly recommend a visit . Certainly would recommend to anyone local afternoon tea and cakes ,

Such a lovely experience visiting this hotel for a private function. Cosy lounge and bar area and great service by staff. Beautifully cooked food. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. We are a local family to Burnham so weren't residents but judging by my experience I am very confident a stay would be of a very high standard.||I would love to go back. Thank you Simon and staff for making it such a special day for my mother.

I booked The Pines for after my mother's funeral at the recommendation of several friends. I really couldn't fault ANYTHING! Simon made everything so easy from my first contact, to booking and the reception itself. The hotel was cosy and welcoming, with warm open fires, comfy sofas and chairs, beautiful chandeliers and quirky accessories. Simon and his team were friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. There was plenty of delicious food for our 60 guests, this was constantly replenished, and coffee and tea was available on tap. We had the whole hotel to ourselves and there was no rush for us to leave. Despite the sad circumstances we had a lovely afternoon and I would 100% recommend The Pines for any event.

My sister and I treated ourselves to afternoon tea at this local hotel after seeing an ad on social media. It’s was a lovely experience. The setting is amazing, cozy and comfortable with the added bonus of a lovely log fire on a wet damp day. The tea itself was delicious with a variety of cakes/sandwiches and of course homemade scones. All fantastic value for money in a covid safe environment.

We have just celebrated my mum in laws 95th Birthday party with 24 family and friends at the Pines and cannot thank Simon and his team enough. The food, and ambience were excellent and Simon went the extra mile to make our day perfect.||Welcomed from the beginning till the end…. Value for money, ground well looked after……

I was staying for a friends party and everything about this hotel was lovely. Simon came to collect my luggage from the car in the pouring rain and ensured after a journey from hell that I was suitably refreshed. The room has everything you need, the bed line was a high quality. Breakfast was delicious and the price for what was offered very reasonable. All in all a brilliant stay and I would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel, let down by lack of maintenance in the rooms. I would stay there again even though the sink was blocked (fixed it myself), bathroom door handle was hanging off, had to lift the bedroom door to lock it and the TV remote didn't work. Room was tastefully decorated, bed was very comfortable and sheets were high quality cotton. Food is great as is the service.
