Fantastic spa, go on treat yourself you won't be disappointed. I had a pedicure and the trio massage on two separate days. Quiet relaxing with top quality products. Florina my masseuse was friendly, knew exactly what I needed from the massage and and made me feel fabulous. Would thoroughly recommend to remove stress and tension. ?

We paid 155 per night for a room with enough storage space for a pair of pants. The designers obviously forgot about storage and soundproofing.
Have to wait and speak to the manager in the morning whilst listening to the prom celebrations below. What a racket.
The noise is so loud are TWO coathangers are rattling.
This hotel is mismanaged and the design is totally flawed.

Last minute spa day treat for me! Time to unwind and relax. This was my second visit in September. I parked at the hotel (parking can get busy, but is free at the hotel if you can grab a space). Warm reception on arrival, robes, slippers and towels provided. I used the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. It is only small but perfect for a leisurely swim. (The pool area is a little tired, hence the four stars. They did advise that this is going to be revamped soon)
The treatment was great, a massage, body exfoliation and facial. The room was warm and cosy and the treatment bed was comfy.
Back in my robe, I then enjoyed a glass of pink fizz and chilled out in the relaxation area. Self service teas and water are also available while you take time to unwind.
A lovely day and just what I needed. Thank you all. I look forward to returning soon.

A self-care day was long overdue - so booked in for two 25 minute treatments today. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and made to feel at ease. The relaxation room (with complimentary tea, coffee AND biscuits) was delightful and Amy, my therapist, was prompt and welcoming. The massages were wonderful - particularly the back, neck and shoulder treatment. Amy was a wizard - ironing out knot after knot! Thank you so much, Forever Gorgeous. I hope to be back again soon!

I had an incredible all body hot stone massage . Very relaxing and F ( the masseur) was excellent.

My only issue is that I paid for an hour and my message started at 12.08 and and finished at 12.53.

Takes nothing awar from how good she was but the full hour should be observed.
