I returned a damaged hanging chair in July, I have not been refunded the £129 paid as at 18 September and can can get no help or response from this company. Absolutely disgraceful from a large organisation. If I could give no stars I would.

Every time I visit this shop it feels like a lottery as to whether I will make it out without injury. The aisles are constantly blocked or littered with stock, it looks as though a burglar has raided a jumble sale, I sympathize with wheel chair users or parents with pushchairs that may try to navigate your store.
