A hidden gem! The service here is always welcoming and friendly. Check-in is prompt, and from there, you’re left to enjoy your break exactly as it should be. If you need anything or have any questions, the staff are always happy to help, but they also know how to give you space if you just want to relax, work, or catch up with friends.

The location is perfect, close to town and the rooms are comfortable, clean, and cosy. It’s my go to spot for work trips or meeting up with colleagues. I can’t recommend it enough!

Great value. Good for an overnight stay.
Rooms clean.
Rooms need updating as offcuts carpet as a rug. The shower still had broken taps.
Bed clean and comfortable bedding washed out old.
But at £58 it severed our needs.
Noisy as it's an old building so as others arrive and leave, creaking floorboards and stairs.
The staff were very nice.

I stayed for 11 nights, my room was cleaned every day, and Estela, the lady that helped to run the place, couldn't have been anymore lovely, plus super accommodating.

The hosts are quite nice people. I could smell a musky smell in the room that was quite strong. My bed was riddled with bed bugs. I had to check out around 1:30am in the morning, I couldn't get any public transport until around 6:50am in the morning. I had a horrific experience having to stay safe on the streets for around 5 hours. I made sure I got my money back before I left. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star!

We stayed at the Red House B&B in Grantham recently & I must say it was a great find. The rooms were clean and pleasant, breakfast was great and the service from our hosts, Amy & Stella, was fantastic. Also it's located very close to the centre of town, with it's great selection of restaurants & pubs. Plus the Red House is reasonably priced, so if you're working away for a few days, it won't break the bank. A family run business and a far better choice than a big chain hotel where you're miles from anywhere.

After a long and emotional day at a funeral what a haven of rest. Homely, clean and comfortable our visit was made special by our hostess, who was warm and charming and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was perfect...especially the mounds if sourdough toast and nice coffee. Thank you...you were just what we needed.

Very clean and comfortable stay with a friendly greeting on arrival. The private bathroom was a couple of steps across the landing which was fine. Breakfast was a god start to the day. Although it is slightly dated it is more than balance by its cleanliness warmth and comfort. Very well situated for Grantham Town centre. Definitely stay there again if in the Grantham area.
