Great venue in the heart of the city.

Beautiful for a wedding venue, large function room. Great food and good bar. Staff very helpful and friendly. Can’t fault this place. Easy to find.

Good view for business networking or meetings as so central and easy to find.

I enquired about parking before arrival and it was suggested that I try parking on Regents Square as their car park is quite small. This proved to be an excellent idea as I found a space very close by. My room was spacious, clean with all necessary amenities. I attended a function at which a very good buffet was served and I enjoyed a very tasty breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Booked to stay for 1 night to attend a family celebration nearby-wish we had booked an extra night! |This is a gem of a hotel just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of the city. It’s quirky stairways (there is a lift) led us to our beautiful and comfortable room which overlooked Regent Square Gardens, even with the window open it was so peaceful. Huge bathroom, lots of storage space, coat hangers, iron & ironing board included.|We were made to feel very welcome by all - a particular shout out to the night porter a really lovely chap. |The breakfast was delicious, excellent quality produce served up in a delightful dining room. There are many things that set this hotel apart from the standard big name group hotels, it’s decor, furniture and beautiful chandeliers, this place has a personality that would be impossible to replicate. Would highly recommend.

Couldn't fault it at all, staff was very helpful. The room was huge an also was the bed. The shower was great also good presure. The location is also good nany things around within walking distance. The Thai food is the best around second to none.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my partner and 2 dogs, £10 a night per dog, which is reasonable.
Really friendly staff, very helpful, especially Bill.
A little walk area with benches and a big patch of grass to take dogs straight across from the hotel which was very helpful. no problems at all, would definitely recommend. The room was on the warm side as the weather was above 25 degrees, but the staff helped us open the windows and even offered a fan.

The Regent is a fantastic friendly hotel. The staff are so kind and interested in your trips out. They have recommended places. The food is gorgeous. Rooms comfortable and clean. Bed very comfy. I am definitely coming here again next time I visit family. Best hotel I have ever been in for the personal touches. So welcoming very sad to leave tomorrow.

Looks better from the outside. Scruffy within. Staff very pleasant. Did not appear to be any wheelchair access. No plug sockets near bed which is a pet peeve of mine. Woken up several times by other residents banging doors. Did not eat or drink here.

We gmhad planned to arrive late, we arrived the night porter was great, we had a couple of dogs with us, Hotel dog friendly, the next morning we received a call from the manager, asked if we would like our breakfast on the terrace or our room, as we would have our little dogs with us. Fantastic service, great place to stay, highly recommended the Hotel and Team, 5 Star,
