My partner and I spent a few nights in London and had a wonderful stay in Kensington. The area is quiet, pretty, and very close to the metro station for traveling to the tourist spots in the center. |The room was a little small, but spotlessly clean and as we didn't spend too much time in the room it worked for us. The expresso maker in the mini kitchen was a nice touch, but you can also get cappuccinos from the front desk. The absolute highlight of our trip was the awesome staff. Everyone we met was smiley, helpful, and the front desk team especially had so much knowledge on what to see and do around the city. They even hosted a social hour in the lobby with complimentary wine for everyone. One lady at the desk was particularly great. (I forget her name - curly hair?) She gave us a different restaurant recommendation daily and each time the food was excellent. Plus she helped me use the CityMapper app which was perfect for taking the stress out of navigating around an unfamiliar city. |If we visit London again, this is where we will stay

I was traveling solo with my 9yr old. When we arrived, the staff was so warm and welcoming. I love that the elevator was large enough to fit everything in. I didn't have to ask my boy to wait for me to come back down.||When we got to our room, I had a very large bed and they placed the rollaway bed in the room for my boy. He loved it and it was so nice that he didn't realize that it wasn't a permanent bed. Our view was excellent and the curtains did a good job of making it dark at night.||I was a bit concerned about noise and I have to say that we didn't hear a peep from the hallway, neighbors, or upstairs. There are little corridors for the rooms and each corridor has another door on it to block sound.||The location is amazing. It's just around the corner from two great breakfast places as well as the Earl's Court tube stop. We were able to get snacks and beverages at the shop next to the tube. because Earl's Court has about 3-4 different lines that stop there, it's easy access to pretty much everywhere.||We will definitely be staying there the next time we're in London.

I stayed at the Resident Kensington in September of 2024. I found the hotel from numerous reviews across the internet. I'm so glad I did. ||It was a great stay. This wonderful boutique hotel was the perfect place for my visit to London.||Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and welcoming. The staff here are amazing. They gave service to the guests as if it was a five star hotel. Always with a smile, always prepared to help. ||The rooms are cosy, comfortable and clean. They are air conditioned, have good wifi, and a nice kitchenette for when you don't want to go out to eat. (Like after a long day of sightseeing.) You can either bring in a takeaway or order delivery. ||The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the Earls Court underground station and its surrounded by restaurants, shops and pubs. ||I will definitely stay here during my next trip to London. Not just for the hotel but for the jar of candy they keep at reception. Those things are addictive.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Resident Kensington, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully tucked away in a peaceful area, offering the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The location is ideal, just a short stroll from Earl's Court tube station, which made getting around London incredibly easy. Plus, many of the city's main attractions are just a quick ride away.

What really stood out, though, was the impeccable service. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were always ready with helpful suggestions and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The little kitchenette was a nice touch, allowing us to prepare a quick snack or coffee whenever we liked. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after long days of exploring the city.

The Resident Kensington is a charming hotel with modern conveniences, wonderfully integrated into a historic London walk up in a peaceful, residential neighborhood. ||The room is well designed with ample closet space, shelves with dishes, an electric tea kettle, and a refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable with crisp sheeting; the bath towels thick and absorbent.||The small details impress—soft closing hallway doors with sound deadening stripping around the frame prevent any errant door slams in the middle of the night.|||| The Earl’s Court tube station and dozens of restaurants are within a 5-10 minute stroll.

We love The Resident in Kensington, and we stay there every time we're in London. The front staff are uniformly helpful and friendly, the rooms comfortable, and the prices reasonable. The hotel is about one block from the Earl's Court tube station, which is very convenient and the area is populated with restaurants. I highly recommend it.

Nice quiet hotel in quiet area with kitchenette, but near lively street with pubs and stores 2 blocks away, and Tube subway. Had good beds, helpful staff. Room a bit small but fine, and 2 chairs. Highly recommended. Always had 2 staff at front desk during day to help, and night clerk.

The Resident is a very comfortable hotel in a great area. Earl's Court tube station is less than a five minute walk. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Entry to hotel is with key card, so very secure. Our room was small but quiet. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff were wonderful and we loved the free prosecco/wine in the lobby at happy hour. We would stay here again in a minute.
