I have been going to Dawn at the retreat for a couple of years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else! She is so welcoming and friendly, and the salon is so beautiful and relaxing. Dawn always goes out of her way to make sure she fits you in when it's convenient for you so makes planning appointments around a busy schedule much easier. I always look forward to my visits and to catch up with Dawn. Highly recommend!!

The Retreat, Oadby is such a lovely relaxing oasis, playing calming music softly in the background and it always smells divine 🥰 Dawn who runs it is lovely and treats you like a friend rather than just another customer and always makes you feel welcome. I have had facials, various massages and I regularly have my nails done here. All treatments are professionally carried out and never rushed so I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrived.

After tirelessly trauling through all the different beauty salons on the internet, I came across The Retreat in Oadby. The prices are perfect and the website is so inviting.
Dawn is so friendly and professional, she makes you feel so welcome and relaxed.
I've always been anxious about having a wax but since meeting Dawn I wouldn't ever go anywhere else! Definitely worth travelling across the other side of Leicester for.
It's more like visiting a friend than a business😁.

Dawn is the best in the business. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If I ever have a treatment at a hotel, or a spa, it is always disappointing in comparison. The treatment area is a perfect haven of calm and cosines where you can switch off & relax ( or nod off in my case!).Dawn has bags of experience and uses cruelty free products sourced in the UK. The salon is always impeccably clean and smells beautiful.
Having some ME time is so important and what better way to spend it than at RRetreat. Thank you ❤️

What can I say about Dawn...I found her through a google search when I wanted to treat myself to my first ever facial. In my initial appointment, I loved the consultation on where my skin was at, what my skincare routine was and what she felt I needed to work on to get my skin looking and feeling amazing. I saw results from day 1. I also was given tips and steps to take to build a skincare routine that worked for what my skin needed. I have never looked back. 5 plus years later, I am still going to her and have learnt sooooo much about my skin. She is amazing and I cannot recommend her highly enough! If you want a facial that will give you what you skin needs, with amazing products and service, look no further. Get yourself booked in!

I have also had massages here which have been great. I have had both a more relaxing one to a more deep tissue one. Always walking away feeling relaxed and great. She also does a great job with my brows. I love my pedicures as well when I have had them.

In the calm and relaxed atmosphere of The Retreat , Dawn has worked wonders with my nagging lower back pain through her appropriate massage. Through her friendly and knowledgeable advice I am now able to manage my back confidently and I now look forward to my regular booking. My only regret is that I did not seek her help sooner.
