We had a fabulous couple of days in this lovely hotel. It is in a quiet road but only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Our room was lovely and we enjoyed the homemade shortbread! We had dinner in the hotel 1 night and it was excellent. Kim looked after us so well, he knew it was my birthday and provided us with special cocktails and some special cakes for us to sample. Fabulous. We loved the full choice available at breakfast, and the blonde waitress who served us ( who might be called Christina) was so friendly and helpful. Definitely a fantastic place to stay in Bath. I would like to suggest that they might consider installing an electric charging point for EVs as that would have been a great help to us. Having said that, we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay. Staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Close to city centre just a short walk. We came with our dog and she loved it. The dog bed, bowls and surprise box was a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious definitely recommend staying here. We were upgraded on the second night both rooms were spectacular. Will stay here again when next visiting Bath.

Wrapping up a two night stay here. Pretty disappointed, considering what we paid. The towel warmer in the bathroom cannot be turned off, even by the staff. It is hot enough to burn skin if you touch it for more than a second. The toilet does not clear when flushed. Awkward. The staff was very courteous when informed, but ultimately did next to nothing to help us with these issues. Finally, the bed has no fitted sheet, which is just weird. I strongly suggest booking elsewhere.

The staff were extremely welcoming from our first arrival, taking our bags to our room and offering us tea or coffee to be brought to our room. We brought our dog with us and informed them in advance of this - they placed a luxurious dog bed into the room for our dogs use, along with a lovely package with treats, kibble and a lovely tennis ball. They also gave us good sized bowls for our dog’s food and water. We were given fluffy robes and slippers, and the shower and toiletries provided made us feel like we had visited a spa! We ordered a cocktail and a beer, and my cocktail was delicious! The bed was very comfortable and luxurious. There was some noise in the evening from others moving around the house, but not enough to disrupt what was a restful nights sleep. |It was great to have the Henrietta Park right accross the road to keep our dog happy, and the large bay windows offered a lovely quaint view of the park and surrounding greenery. It was about a 10 minute walk into central Bath, and the parking was quiet and incredibly handy being right on site. We would definitely return here with our fluffy companion in tow!

Had a great stay at the hotel, rooms were clean and well maintained. Convenient enough to walk to the city, although it's not exactly close. Special mention to the reception staff (shout-out to Marco) who were extremely helpful during our stay, and even more so after, when we forgot something in our room, and they were able to arrange for it to be shipped to us the next day. Would recommend, and would definitely visit again when in Bath.

The hotel is in a great location & the staff were on the whole, lovely. Breakfast was nice & the room was large & the bed really comfy.|I would class the hotel as pet tolerant rather than pet friendly however. Also the shower in our room was useless. I'm guessing the shower head needs removing & giving a good scrub, because only a trickle of water came out of the main shower head. Also the plastic window blinds aren't sufficient. Curtains are needed, even in winter so I can't imagine any light gets blocked out in summer.|

My mom and I had the perfect stay at the Roseate Villa in Bath. I have truly never felt more welcome and taken care of at a hotel. I hesitate to even call it a hotel because it was more like a home away from home. Christi goes above and beyond for the guests. Within minutes of our arrival she had our bags taken care of, warm coffees in our hands, and dinner reservations in the works (as we asked about recommendations). Christi and her husband felt like old friends of ours by the second day.
