This place is stunning! I hadn't heard of this place and as it was a surprise trip, I hadn't read any of the reviews. I'm glad I hadn't as I could judge entirely on our experience. A beautiful location. Kind, lovely hosts with great advice re walks and rightfully proud of their alovely hotel. Dinner was pricey but lovely; the lasagne was probably the best I've ever had! The grounds are beautiful- we even saw a deer. Thoroughly recommend- would love to go back again. Thanks to all at the hotel.

Wedding celebration. Organised with fine detail in every aspect of wedding celebration. Hotel staff excellent, warm, friendly and efficient. Food outstanding. Breakfast delicious. Cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. DJ could read his audience better ?

We had our daughter’s wedding at the Saddleworth hotel this past weekend.
If we could give this place a 100 stars we would. The location is simply stunning!
Daniella and her team were efficient, organized and experts at executing a wedding itinerary to perfection!
I wish we could have stayed longer.. Thank you again to Scott Daniella and the entire team for making this a dream wedding destination.

Beautiful surroundings and views. Good location. Ample parking but food is awful. Not a single item had any taste at all. All the good about this hotel is wasted when it comes to food

We had such an amazing experience from start to finish. Firstly the delightful owners, from them picking up the bride and groom in their super cars to delivering them to the church and venue they were so professional, approachable, friendly and lovely people. The venue, truly stunning! Every detail was on point. From entering we were well looked after and taken care. Drinks and canapés were served to guests with smiles. The wedding breakfast was so tasty and delicious and the lemon tart was the best I’d ever tasted. The attention to detail was truly astonishing! We danced the night away All staff were so friendly, polite and well mannered. Everything ran so smoothly. The owners and staff put in so much effort and hard work, I’d like to thank them for making my families day such a wonderful experience. So thank you Saddleworth Hotel for a day we will never forget!

Chris Currie photography would 100% recommend The Saddleworth Hotel. The family run team are lovely and were an absolute pleasure to work with. The venue offers amazing views that provide a stunning backdrop to photograph, perfect for sunset portraits. From the Grand rooms to the beautiful sandstone gazebo in the gardens outside it’s a special place to enjoy one of the best days of your lives. I think what’s sets the venue apart even more is the unique style that the team have curated, it’s a joy to photograph.
