I have had Achilles tendinitis for over 7 years and have had physio but it never got fully better. I was recommended cupping by Hannah which was carried out by Karen and I have been pain free since. I cannot believe it. What a great treatment, I would highly recommend! Such an excellent, consistent and experienced team at the Secret Retreat.

I treated my wife to a candle hand and nail treatment. We were both welcomed and made to feel comfortable. We were also given a lovely coffee and not a cup of instant either. I decided to stay and sit on the lovely comfy chairs whilst my wife had her hands and nails done. It took just over an hour and my wife couldn't have been happier. She was very pleased with how her hands felt and the way her nails looked. She'll definitely be going again and we highly recommend you do too.

I wanted an out of town experience. Somewhere off the beaten track... And quiet! Holly was phenomenal. From her warm and charming welcome through to her professional debrief following my facial, back massage and reflexology session. Holly performed several small miracles on the knots in my back and correctly identified a recent issue - from my feet! She puts everything into your treatment and doesn't rush you at any point. I want to share, but then again... I like this secret space being secret!
