This week, I had an amazing facial and acne treatment with Sarah. The place had a super relaxing vibe right from the start. Sarah is very professional and makes sure you feel comfortable. She gave me great tips about my skin and customized the treatment just for me. She used high-quality products that made my skin feel so fresh and glowing. My first sound bath and what a lovely experience it was! I didn’t quite know what to expect going in. As soon as I stepped through the door I felt at ease in the cosy setting. And then Sarah started the sounds and I could feel the subtle vibrations washing over me like waves. A strange but comforting feeling. Sarah held the space so wonderfully, not giving too much away but allowing me to go on my own journey and have my own personal experience. Afterwards we talked and Sarah shared her insights which helped me integrate what I had just experienced. I felt so light and relaxed after, had the best nights sleep in a while. I can highly recommend this, whether you’re curious and it’s your first time or you’ve done this many times before….you’re in wonderfully caring hands with Sarah. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Last week Me and my mam took on a great opportunity with the sound therapy I am never normally one for anything like that because I used to belive it wasn't real but just after one session so far I can feel the difference in my self and my depression honestly best experience I had and will be booking more really do recommend to all Sarah is also great at listening to our problems and makes things work around you give it ago people

This was my third microneedling session with Sarah, I must admit my skin looks very youthful and so clear,so much so I’ve braved going out the house without make up, I’ve never left the house without makeup due to pigmentation, tired, dull and uneven skin, Microneeling is an absolute game changer, thank you can’t wait to come back, you’ve given me back my sparkle!
