Second time going to the spa here. It was a wonderfully relaxing time. There is a steam room, sauna, pool with water jets and bubble loungers and upstairs has a nice space to relax indoors or out and a jacuzzi on the roof. The lunch was nice and light and the chef was able to accommodate my gluten allergy.

From the moment I booked my spa it was a totally wonderful experience.
When I got there they showed me around. In the locker they give you, it already has your robe, towel and slippers.
My treatments with Lauren were sublime.

All the staff are wonderful, and as they knew it was my birthday they gave me a little treat. Nothing is forced, the atmosphere is serene. The facilities are lovely and the place is spotless. I would recommend this spa any more.

I am definitely going back. Well worth the money.

We arrived two hours early but weren’t allowed in the room. Fell asleep in the lobby as the result of a long flight. Was told there weren’t many guests the next day so why were we forced to stay in the lobby….for two hours? Getting take out was a problem our first night ….make sure you have the food app but you won’t have many options. You have to have a reservation for the restaurant or no table to eat on at the bar. We were told you could have the same menu in the restaurant from the bar then the next night they said you couldn’t. The breakfast was amazing every morning! Service in the restaurant in the evening was slow. I asked for the bill/check (my English was corrected differently each time by the servers) then the waiter would be standing around still making me wait. The food was always perfect! We had a broken tub stopper and nonworking towel warmer but all they fixed after multiple requests was the loose bathroom door handle we never mentioned. Wi-Fi was not reliable. Room service and cleaning crew were fabulous. The free bottled waters were wonderful! Make sure to request the “Arthur Collins” drink! Made the stay worth it!!

Amazing day and night for our anniversary. My wife and I had Gail and Sophie who gave us the best massage we've ever had. The dinner in the evening was also delicious. Great spa facilities and a nice touch with the plate of treats left in the room. Highly recommended.

Stayed for 2 nights at the Bedford Lodge Hotel and had treatments at the spa. Note that the spa is a short walk across the car park away from the hotel. The hotel has its own pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub.

The spa was fantastic. The rasul treatment had a great range of muds and instructions of where to use them, plus private shower and steam room. Opted for the pick and mix treatment day and the treatments were fantastic. Huge thanks to Emma my therapist who was fantastic and very professional.

The spa facilities include a hydrotherapy pool, rooftop hot tub, relaxation room, sauna, steam room and experience showers. Just note that if you book a spa treatment, use of facilities is not included and you don't get a robe/towel and cannot use the changing rooms. And if your treatment is outside of the time you booked the spa use, you cannot use the changing rooms/robes etc.

All staff were fantastic and helpful. The spa was spotless and being cleaned constantly (very subtly). Not at all busy in the spa and numbers are controlled.

Would visit again.

Book in advance as they fill up quickly.

Had my first visit today , a relaxing body massage in the morning, a delicious lunch, I was SO impressed with the gluten free options , everything on the menu can be done for gluten free eaters , staff are super friendly, and finished with a facial, both my massage and facial were done by the lovely Kathy . Will definitely be back , definitely a 10 out of 10

Great Hotel with polite and helpful staff. Beds and pillows are extremely big and comfortable. The bathroom is heated. There are nice little treats provided to you within the room. Make sure to visit the swimming pool or gym. The bar and restaurant however did not match my expectations, as drink options were limited and the food was not outstanding. But overall I still had a great stay and I would recommend to all my friends...

What a wonderful place, we went here for a couple of nights as part of a wedding party. Firstly the staff are amazing credit must go to Robert, Rachel and the two Jonnys who made our weekend. The whole place was perfect, from the facilities (pool and gym) to the food. I have to recommend this team and place as I will be going back when I can
