Booked spa package for 4 ladies. Great value for money. Would have liked our rooms next to each other (we should have asked) Disappointed to find no welcome pack in the rooms, needed info on opening times for pool, gym, classes and a site map. 4 visits to reception with no one there. Website not easy to use when booking, especially trying to arrange treatments. Definitely needs looking at. Weren’t sure if towels and robes for pool/spa were provided (they were) Plus points, spacious, clean, well equipped rooms which were serviced again the next day. All staff were friendly. Bar prices not overinflated. Great breakfast selection. Restaurant food was good depending on what you picked. The very special standout were the spa treatments and staff. Brilliant! We’ve all had many treatments between us at various places and these were top quality so thank you ladies ?

What a lovely, peaceful spa. That is, until we got "bullied" by a water aerobics instructor. If you are going to attend this spa, make sure that there are no water aerobics going on.
We chose this spa to reunite as mom and 2 sisters, from 3 different continents for the first time since covid.
We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the spa tub and washing away the stresses of life and breast cancer and enjoying each others company after such a long time.
After being 'chased' away from the pool area, we retreated to the meditation room. All three of us felt so relaxed that we almost fell asleep.
This was followed by each of our chosen treatments, which were amazing. The spa staff were so friendly and professional.
Finally, we were treated to a gorgeous English tea.
We would highly recommend this spa for a restful treat.

Unfortunately very disappointed. The treatment was very nice . The lunch was ok but you'll be hungry still afterwards ! We went into the spa cafe at 230 to get a drink only to find it shut ! Was told to go in the claret and jug bar , this was full of golfers so felt very awkward in our dressing gowns ! We decided not to bother as felt very uncomfortable this cut our day very short as left straight away! Not a good experience

Be aware that this is Family Hotel with lots of children. The pool only has 3hrs in the day child free for the Spa Guests. So if you want a relaxing rejuvenating experience, then this isn’t the place to book. The Spa is lovely and the food is delicious but spoilt by noisy children in the pool for most of the day.

Once a year, we book a spa day to relax and we were really looking forward to trying somewhere new. When we arrived, the facilities were dirty, the lockers were faulty, there was an extremely loud aqua lesson in the swimming pool, the jacuzzi was constantly full with gym goers and the ‘relaxation room’ was far from relaxing with people shouting and swearing across the room. Thankfully, the elemis treatments were lovely however we did leave as soon as they had finished. We found it all very disappointing after taking leave from work and travelling 1hr 30 mins for an unenjoyable experience.

Absolutely loved this place for a spa day. I attended early and had a serenity treatment at 10am, which was absolutely divine by Beth and she was so attentive and provided details of the best skincare products to use. The reception staff provided a robe and towel, and then showed me where to go for the pool and sauna. Also, shown where to go for lunch, which is a lovely little secluded area where you can wear your robes still. The lunch was more than I expected, pleasantly surprised, had a chicken flatbread and lots of different salad, and a glass of prosecco. I really loved it.
When using the lockers they were a little tricky to figure out, but some other kind lady showed me how to do it. The pool was lovely, the jacuzzi was nice, the sauna and steam room were lovely. I fully enjoyed myself. I would definitely come back again, maybe with friends.

Booked a spa day for a friends birthday. The Elimis treatments were lovely. But the spa was abit of a let down. The jacuzzi was closed and they were doing kids swimming lessons in the pool so not quite the relaxing spa we had hoped for also the cafe where you could get drinks and cakes closed at 2pm. Also there was only 3 actual charging rooms, otherwise you had to use a communal change room. Not as nice as expected.

Lovely day at the spa, treatments from Skye were excellent thank you! Enjoyed the healthy light lunch too.
