Went to the spa for the first time today and had a lovely back massage. The spa was lovely clean and welcoming and the girls on reception were very accommodating. I had my massage with Milly, she was thorough & informative and gave aftercare and recommendations to help my posture and stress related pains. I left feeling very relaxed & in much less pain! Will be booking back on for further treatments and maybe to use the spa too! Highly recommend! ?

Fantastic time had at Hatherley Manor Spa today. Staff are warm and welcoming. Manager is lovely, coming to make sure we were OK, and not above pitching in to help with bar and table service which was nice to see.

I had a wonderful facial by Natalie who was excellent at both the treatment and in explaining what she was going to do and making sure I was OK.

Lunch was delicious. I can reccommend the caesar salad, it has a whole chicken breast on top and the dressing is perfect.

All in all a wonderful, relaxing day. Thank you!

A fantastic spa. Incredible facilities, the spa is just as good as it looks on the website. Very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended!

The staff were very professional and friendly, they made you feel very welcome and explained how the day would work. My sister and I chose to go for the indulgence package and it was incredible. We each had a massage, a facial and the salt scrub. For me, I loved the salt scrub as it really helped my skin feel silky and my sister was raving about her massage.

As we had the indulgence package we had afternoon tea and free Prosecco, which was all delicious and good portions.

The only negatives were the lack of any kind of background music during the treatments, which we were told was because of the sound system being broken. It was not relaxing to be in total silence, but we got used to it. The second thing was the steam room was closed half way through the day. Not sure why.

These negatives were so small compared to the fantastic day we had though. I will absolutely be returning, even if it’s just to sit in the best jacuzzi I’ve ever been in.

A wonderful hotel/spa. The staff are SO accommodating, the rooms are lovely (we were in the newer part over spa), food fantastic and spa facilities very good. Lovely stay, highly recommend and will return.

Beautiful spa, amazing shower and you can book to go on the day for £25 per person rather than pay for a full package. I’ve done a package before which was amazing and I do also recommend. Lovely treat! Lunch was yummy as well.

My Mum and I had the best SPA day here! The massages were amazing… the therapists were so knowledgeable and we each had our own personalised massage. Food was amazing. Pool area is so lovely and warm- all staff very attentive. The best by far.

My faith in hotel massage was restored by Nicole/Nicola.. highly recommended therapist. All the staff I encountered were friendly, professional and helpful. The spa itself is good, steam room excellent but the door to the sauna could do with a clean and the experience showers don’t all work.

Hot water often doesn't work in the ladies showers, which is especially horrible on cold days 🙁
