Lovely staff and the atmosphere is so relaxing. There's a lift and stairs so it is wheelchair accessible. As this was my first massage they were ever so lovely. The only regret I have is that I didn't catch the girl who did my massages name to say to go to her.

I had booked the Peaceful Escape package with Georgia and I cannot recommend this venue, or the staff, enough. She was so attentive and gave me an amazing experience - so much so that I found myself dozing off during my facial. 10/10!

I've had two treatments here so far, the first was 1 star and the second 4.5 stars, hence the middle rating. For the first time I visited, I booked the 50 minute April offer, and whilst the treatment itself was fine, I arrived about 10 minutes early for my treatment, got shown in 5 minutes early and was out within 28 minutes, including undressing and dressing at beginning/end. I queried with the therapist and asked whether it was normal for a 50 minute treatment to be around 25 minutes duration, and she said yes, usually you would get 25/30 minutes actual treatment for a 50 minute booking. I've never been short-changed like this at any spa or treatment rooms I've been to previously, so was really disappointed in her answer. I wasn't going to go again but a close friend wanted to have a facial there, so I said I would give it a second chance. This time I had a different therapist, Georgia: the treatment was lovely and included lots of scalp massage, and she actually performed a full 55 minute treatment for the 60 minute treatment I had booked for. Such a shame that the first therapist didn't do anywhere near time wise what she should have done, as this type of behaviour really lets the prestige and reputation of a spa down.

My friend and I both came to The Spa on the 25th of February, we each had a package. I had the Bliss package and it was carried out by Jasmine, who was absolutely lovely.
On arrival, the reception was calm and warm, and when entering the room it was very dimly lit which was instantly soothing.
I had a body scrub, massage and facial and i'm not embarrassed to say i nodded off a couple of times from the sheer relaxation! The heated massage table was a huge bonus as well.
My friend had the detox package and she was equally happy with hers. We both left feeling very attended to and vowed to return again, hopefully fairly regularly!
Thank you to Jasmine and The Spa for making my visit so very pleasant.

Such a warm and welcoming spa experience
I was made to feel welcome straight away so relaxing and I will definitely be back sooner than later highly recommend !!
