Good location.
Great food and tasty but overpriced.
especially the breakfast.
Rooms are good, but a bit tired for a 5 star hotel.
Comfortable bed and good views from the room we had.
we love the pool ,especially the outdoor pool and the saunas.
Friendly staff,thanks to the Spanish lady, Tara, for the warm welcome.

Beautiful spa with superb and cosy facilities. The staff were very accommodating. The sauna was perfect (although it doesn't have a plunge pull) and the overall vibe was very relaxing. It's a little on the expensive side but it is high quality and you have a lot of room and comfort.

We booked a Half Spa Day with the afternoon tea. The facilities are excellent. They literally think of everything you could need, and the service is wonderful. My massage was fantastic and so relaxing. The staff was so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend the experience.

Love walking among the old remnants of the Romans and imagine what their life was like back 2000 years ago. Amazing to see the actual Roman baths and the fact that it was open to the public, even back then. Bit disappointing that we couldn't touch the water (or go in!) and the fact we had to wear face mask when inside
